The dough from the donuts here always taste fresh although the flavors are most definitely up to personal preference - they have some interesting ones but personally the price is quite high for a donut. The service was also good and it was a swift and short interaction. They have them nicely displayed but they do grab it from a cart they have in the back, there is a lot of seating by this spot and while it did taste good it wasn't necessarily worth it for its price and simplicity.

Wonderful vegan donuts. I got a cinnamon donut today and previously enjoyed a vegan mint chocolate chip donut. The staff is kind and the store is clean.

Tight little doughnut shop. Pretty giant doughnut. 2 doughnuts is around 9$ not too bad for a work.of edible art. Nice young folks behind the counter. Harvard square location is tiny be warned. Good spot MrJeff approved.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is. Ground floor, even threshold, good access.

Best donuts we've had! The workers were so nice every time and definitely better than what we have in California! The donut holes with vanilla frosting was our personal favorite and the honey glazed donuts were amazing! Stopping by next time we're in Boston!

Delicious donuts and unique flavors but a bit expensive.

Mediocre at best. Sorry, but $10.18 for two donuts is overpriced. She picked the 2 smallest donuts of the varieties I ordered and put them in a bag. Had she picked the 2 best looking donuts on the tray then I absolutely would have tipped. The employees seemed a bit unpleasant.

Great donuts, I'm disappointed that they no longer have the brown butter cruller but the cafe worker talked me into trying the vegan chai and I've found my new favorite even though I'm not vegan.

I really wanted to love this place. However their donuts are “just ok”. Maybe it was the hype ( they definitely did not live up to it). I ordered the maple bar, had zero maple flavor . I thought at least the filling would be exciting…Nope! The filling was bland, actually tasted like nothing. I was excited to try their whiskey sugar… same flat “flavor”. Not even a hint of whiskey, sugar or anything. Lastly I tried the regular glazed. This was the best, but it too fell flat. I have a sweet tooth n love, love, love sugary sweet snacks. Their donuts are not real sweet, so if you like snacks with a bland taste you may actually like them. Or maybe some of the other flavors are better. At the end of the day I’m not going back. At $4 a donut I have to LOVE it. On the bright side… service was great.

Great people making AHH-MAZING Donuts, like the Apple-Danish-Fritter-Deliciousness pictures. The Maple-Bacon couldn't... didn't make the photo... ?? ...sorry, not

I had high expectations because of the 4 star reviews. However they fell short in my humble opinion. Not bad, but not real good. The service was great. The overall flavor was flat. I tried the glaze, the whisky n maple bar. Not real sweet, just overall bland. The maple bar had zero maple flavor. I really wanted to love this place, it's a no for me.

Even though they were out of my favorite -- the brown butter cruller which is to die for -- I am more than happy to have gotten one of my other top Union Square doughnuts and an iced maple latte this morning. Voted best doughnuts in Boston for a reason, and the coffee isn't shabby either. I'll be coming back to get a bag of coffee beans some other time. Great staff, friendly service, and the best doughnuts in Boston.

It was delightful. About $6.00 or there about each - got nine. To fill the box.Jelly - to die for. LOVED it.Boston cream - VERY good. The chocolate frosted was a tad greasy on the bottom. They all are a bit heavier. The Vegan selection is very good. The presentation is nice and they explain what each type of donut is. They are polite and friendly. Not dog friendly… and why not - many shops are. Had to put the pup in the car while I went back to get donuts. But, I do get why because it is tight quarters and if someone was afraid of dogs or could be award - so I get it.I spent over $50.00 and I’m guessing many do.I’d say they were very good and tasty donuts. Highly recommend. I tell you, that jelly donut was DELICIOUS!!!
