This whale took the last pretzels and threw them away before they closed. I just wanted some good auntie annes pretzels but there was still 2 minutes before closing. I saw her absolutely diving into the trash bag of pretzels after we had left. This establishment disgusts me.
Opens at 10. Food isn’t ready til 1130. The opening manager is rude about it every time.

Some lady on staff was absolutely blasted I felt so bad for the kids working please send her home ?
I asked for the SMALL cup AND THEY ONLY HAD THE LARGE and they made me pay for it instead of just giving me a smaller portion. Then, my dear friend wanted a SIMPLE almond pretzel and had to SUFFER through a syrupy lemonade because they didn’t have the simple pretzel.

Warm, fresh cinnamon, pretzel bites. Perfect for sharing, and when you just want a little something, sweet!?
Kid-friendliness: All kids love the variety of hot pretzels and drinks they have to offer as do parents!

I stood there for 10 minutes the worker being right in front of me talking on the phone. Horrible service. Horrible food. Worker cussed me out in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand. (I’m fluent) Don’t go!

First floor store near shack shack. Stood out front of the store and was going to order a snack for my family. Both employees working looked at me and completely ignored me several times. One was too busy talking on the phone on her earbuds.

I went to Auntie Anne’s Pretzels at the Burlington Mall for the first time tonight and it will also be the last time. The pretzels were over cooked and dry and the service was lousy.
I bought multiple pretzels so I asked for a bag to carry everything in. Instead of placing the pretzels in the bag (like most people would), the staff person just placed a bag on the counter instead and made me bag them myself.
This pretzel place is not as good as the one it replaced, which was named Pretzel Twister. That was owned and run by a nice, Asian family. Now they have careless teenagers working there who clearly don’t care about providing good service. I will not be going back.

Incredible experience. Workers were awesome and food was magnificent or shall I say phenomenal. This place continues to make my world a better place. I live for this place. In conclusion Annie’s pretzels are the greatest of all time and have no competition. I rest my case.

I have actually been told by staff that the owner tells them to only make large nugget cups so that they can make more money. And you can only choose plain or cinnamon. Someone needs to shut this place down. Awful food and service. Go to the Natick Mall instead.

I just ordered cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. The cup only had less 5 pieces of nuggets and more than half cup of sugar. I throw bunch of sugar in the trash can, still, you can the video is the last piece of nugget I found in the big sugar cup. I feel I was scammed. Are you suppose to eat all the sugar? It should change name to “Cinnamon Sugar Cup” ?

I loved Auntie Anne's at the Natick Mall. Mini Pretzels are so good. So I bought the same from this store at the Burlington Mall without any hesitation. It tasted terrible, full of the flavor of baking soda, not fresh. I will never buy food from this store location. I guess not all pretzels are created the same. After all, it is people who are behind those products and services.
