Went for dinner on a holiday Monday evening and maybe that was part of the problem. It was easy to find and the restaurant itself is very nice. There was one table filled when we got there and after they left we were the only people there! I felt bad for the staff that it was so dead. The food was delicious and service was great! I would have given 5 stars if it had just been a little busier because it does knock the ambiance down. Will definitely be back another time to check it out - probably be packed then LOL

Great first rate restaurant. Beautiful decor, greeted and seated upon arrival. Service was prompt and the food was delicious. Recommend for a nice lunch while shopping at Burlington mall. Loved it

Food is consistently great! My wife , son and I visit every few weeks when shopping at Burlington mall and the food and service are amazing. I don’t understand why this place isn’t busier. It is hidden away in Nordstrom so maybe not the easiest place to find - but that’s fine by me as we always get a booth and that makes me also v happy. Well done Bazille team.

Went to Bazille for lunch saturday with the wife and it was such a great unexpected expirence. Had no idea Nordstrom had a restaurant period, let alone one with such a great menu and service! Much more quiet than most mall restaurants which is nice. Our server was so sweet and attentive. The tacos and calamari were exceptional and our salads were very tasty and fresh compared to a lot of boring salads I've had. Told the manager we would be sure to come back to try his other suggestions. Excited to have a new close by place to add to our repertoire!

Our third time, and excellent as always. A great place to talk with family, great food, great service. The crab bisque, calamari and Cobb salad were terrific. Everyone raved about their food.

This restaurant has gone drastically down hill. I used to enjoy coming here. My meal was wrong but my server never returned to check on it. My daughter's bowl of pasta was totally dry (no butter) but again a server never appeared. We asked for bread, which used to be standard, but learned they've taken that away. Only win was the fries are still solid.

Delicious food.
After a couple of hours of shopping, hunger hit and mall food just wasn't gonna cut it. It took me a while to find the restaurant inside of Nordstrom but once I did it was like finding an oasis. The restaurant itself has a modern decor, very inviting. I had the Wild Salmon With Saffron Couscous, it was honestly the best tasting salmon dish I've ever had.

Only one waiter on duty—long wait even to be seated Food was fine, good, but a little bland. Did not feel worth the price.

The service was excellent ad the food was fresh and delicious. The place looked worn and the furniture really needs to be replaced.

This hidden gem is a favorite of mine. The food is consistently delicious! I especially love the mini cilantro lime tacos and the French onion soup. It's surprising it's never busy, as the food is excellent and the staff are always fantastic.

A wonderful restaurant that more people need to know about. Very pleasant ambience , and once seated you are served wonderful rolls with delicious herbed butter. We started with their home made tomato soup. After, My husband had bolognese with chicken meatballs, that was outstanding. I know that for a fact as I keep stealing bits of it. I had the shrimp dish special , also wonderful. Our server, Brian was fabulous, and attended to all our needs. Bazille has a very varied and interesting menu, can't wait to return to try them all.

I’m not sure how we found this place, but I believe it was a write up maybe from the Boston Globe?

We had an Amazing meal here. At first, we were the only patrons (5:45 ish on a Thursday nite) but soon after other diners came.
This IS a hidden gem like others have mentioned.
The menu has a nice section of appetizers sandwiches, salads, and dinner options.
We started with the cilantro lime tacos on the appetizer list. Phenomenal. Crispy shell, filling was moist and flavorful . Two came in the order and it was just enough for my husband and I. For entrées, I had the French dip and my husband had a pasta meal. It was on the specials menu. Our food was served hot. It had a nice presentation and best of all, it tasted amazing. Our waiter Joshua was fabulous. He was attentive, but not overly. He refilled my Diet Coke without asking and he made us decaf and helped us pick a dessert. OMG… The bread pudding and crème brûlée were so good. Will definitely be back!
Skip the wait at the Cheesecake Factory and head here. It’s GREAT. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
