The subs are really good. The bread is soft baked. We got the steak and cheese, grilled chicken, and the Mediterranean with falafel in it. The highlight for me was the cinnamon bun though. It was one of the best cinnamon buns I've ever had store bought. Soft baked, nothing crispy or dry, generous amount of frosting. Could use more cinnamon sugar mix, but still, the best.

I was here waiting in line to pick up my food. The man in front of me was Spanish speaking only, and the worker at the register screamed at him and made a huge spectacle, causing the entire restaurant to stare. I understand food service is difficult, but my heart broke for the man who was being screamed at in a language he did not understand. I don’t think there is ever a good reason to yell at people, especially in public, and especially when the person is clearly not understanding you.Edit: the reason he got screamed at was because the worker was asking him to “verify or display the order” on his phone and he didn’t understand, so the customer asked for clarification, causing the worker to storm off.

Disclaimer: This review is solely based on their fries but because they were this good, I think you all deserve to know. If you're ever in the area, I would HIGHLY recommend trying their port fries. They're very simple crinkle cut fries with old bay seasoning and a side of sriracha aioli but don't associate simple with bland. They're light, they're crispy, they're soft on the inside, they're flavorful, and the dip makes them even better. It's not spicy, mostly creamy. Also, keep in mind that I actually ordered these for take out so I could only imagine what they take like fresh.

Not feeling it. Meatball sub was meh. The meatballs were burnt. One of them looked like a black and white cookie on the inside...that burned but only on one half. It was weird. Sauce is ok, bread is ok, but probably a one-and-done. Maybe I'll try the chicken parm. I dunno. It was so disappointing the first time around so I dunno...

Paid $18 (including tip) for a buffalo chicken sandwich that didn't meet my expectations. The sauce was a bit overwhelming, and the use of slow-cooked chicken gave the sandwich a moist texture that I wasn't fond of. Ideally, I'd have loved a toasted bun and some additional ingredients to balance the flavors. I had hoped for a better experience from this local establishment.

We ordered $67.00 worth of food, 3 hot, 2 cold meals and French fries. we used the online menu and charged it. The site said it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. We live 6 minutes away so we figured we'd go and wait so we could get it hot. Wrong!! when got there 15 minutes after we placed the order the order was already bagged and sitting on the shelf, we drove home to find cold sandwiches and cold fries. We try calling them and noone answers the phone. There are so many other eateries in Burlington with better service and food, you're better off going somewhere else!

Let's Talk about the Italian!They need to cut the cold cuts thinnerPut the oil and vinegar on top of the veggies too..And please get better quality Ham it's all veins and you can't bite threw without pulling a PC out..Lil Grose.First time we got Italians we didn't have a issue

Chris working the front was incredible! I ordered buffalo tenders and a root beer right before close. As a former member of the restaurant and food service community I understand that orders right before close don't always get treated with the same care. The food was hot and delicious. If you buy the glass bottles of root beer though mind the caps. The diet ones are WHITE. Chris was very understanding and gracious about switching to the correct one, but don't make the same mistake I did grabbing the incorrect one. Overall a great dining experience!
