Love this place!! The Blackbird Bomb Burrito is the BEST!! Staff are very friendly as well and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Food was fairly bad here. All of the food came out burnt and we had several wrong items. Had to send back some 9f the food more than once just to get what we ordered. The coffee is decent.thia place is overpriced as well.

I commend Jessica In the Burlington location. I remember when she started and she worked really hard to get the following she has. Jessica worked on making the perfect coffee for me. Absolutely delicious. Because of her - I am now a regular. Jessica is friendly and welcoming and helps anyway she can. Kudos to Jessica. The rest of the staff is also fabulous. Thank you

This is primarily a take out restaurant. There’s about 12 seats at 5 tables. The place was clean and the front of house staff were friendly.
We ordered blueberry pancakes to eat in, and they came in a too-small cardboard box with flimsy plastic utensils. The cakes were good, but there were no plates available so we ate out of the box, with our hands.
I’d come back if I learned they addressed this easy to remedy problem.

Was waiting for something to be printed at staples and stopped in. Service was friendly and prompt. Delicious matcha latte! I got the classic breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese and potatoes. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly and THE GRILL MARKS. Will be looking for excuses to come back!

Pretty disappointed lately. The service takes unreasonably long just for a coffee. Usually the coffees are really good however today they gave me a large cup of ice and milk and by the time I got home I had to make my own coffee and mix it in to get rid of that chalky taste of pure cream. For the prices, wait time, and declining coffee, I won’t be going back unfortunately. I also ordered mocha in my coffee and there is none, all I taste is cream. Not worth it!

Tried calling in with an issue to my order was met with 3rd party who asked for all my info and then wouldn't provide me with the name of the third party they work with.

Got a good coffee and sandwich here, great little local place!

Love the energy at the Burlington location, they are always super friendly and welcoming. Melissa usually makes my coffee & I know she makes it with love because it’s perfect everytime! Definitely have a few favorites but Banana fosters is currently #1. Anytime I hear someone say they need coffee, I tell them “go see Melissa at blackbird, she’s the best”

Best breakfast and lunch burritos around and the hot chocolate it's insanely good and mellisa is the best barrista ever 11/10

I've been a regular at Blackbird for years, and both the food and the staff are absolutely wonderful! Melissa, Jenny, and Chloe all go above and beyond to create a positive environment for customers. I use the outdoor seating due to covid precautions, and Melissa always brings my food/drink outside to me so I can just get started on my work and don't have to stand inside and wait. Recently she even purchased a portable speaker to add music to the patio, which has made such a huge difference! The staff here really care about the patrons, I've seen it time and time again no matter who's working that day. And Melissa's lattes are out of this world!

While they have good food and coffee, there was a giant cockroach on the floor the last time I went :(

One of my fav places to grab a matcha from!! Everyone is absolutely the sweetest here! I wish they were open at 6A so I could grab it before work some days :)
