I went to the Wilmington location for one specific item: the oatmeal cream pies. They are quite literally everything I dream of an oatmeal cream pie to be. Nothing compares! They're really that damn good!! The 2 ladies in the store while I was there were so kind & helpful, I think maybe the owners? I'm terrible with remembering names so my apologies! Can't wait to go back and pick up more treats for myself & friends.

Delia and Kristen and absolutely the best! They have made so many birthday cakes and cake pops for us - all while accommodating our allergy-friendly ingredient requests as well as creative designs. The cakes have always tasted yummy - we have tried different combinations of cakes + jam fillings, a big hit with all ages and just beautifully built with love! Bliss has the best pastries! You can tell they put quality and care into all their ingredients. Love to pop by on Friday or Saturday to pick up oatmeal cream pies, cake pops, scones, or cinnamon rolls for the weekend.Great GF selection too! I’ve ordered their custom cakes and the frosting is not too sweet. Can’t say enough great things about this bakery!

I’m so happy I found this place! I ordered a first birthday Blue’s Clues cake for my son, and it was absolutely perfect. We ordered the confetti cake that fed 40 people. Not only was it beautifully made, but it tasted absolutely delicious. There was not a crumb left of that cake. All of my guests complimented the cake and said it tasted incredible. We even had a few people ask where we got it so they could use the same place for their parties! The communication i received was also great. They insured me the cake would be ready and calmed all my nerves. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be using them for my son’s second birthday!
