This place is awful and needs to be shut down. I stopped by on March 30, 2025 around 3 p.m. to pick up my order when two older white women with gray/blonde hair refused to help me at the To-Go counter. They did not speak, nor did they offer to get someone to assist me. Instead, they stood there chatting with each other while looking at me. No matter how many times I said hello and waved at the women who were staring at me, they continued to ignore me. It wasn’t until a younger employee came that she gave me my order. This place is a joke!

I have order from this place several times and not just this location. I have never received a correct order, whether that be an item missing or my wings coming completely dry even though I ordered 2 sauces. Save the hassel and go somewhere else.

This place needs to be shut down!! They have the worse customer service ever. Placed an order on THEIR app around 5:25. My delivery didn’t come til 9PM!! And when I received the food it , my fries were soggy and my wings were cold. So they had had me wait nearly 3 hours for cold food ! Absolutely unacceptable! The poor delivery driver was sweet enough to wait for my order she waited 2 hours !!!! There was no way for me to cancel the order because there wasn’t an option on the app and when I called I kept getting hung up on. I called corporate and I’m still waiting for my refund back. Do yourself a favor and save some money and go to KFC or Popeyes if you want some chicken wings.

Slow service as hell. We are in restaurant now. We ordered to pick up ordered at 5:30, ready time 6:50 and now it is 8:10 pm and still waiting and I don’t know till when. Never waited this long for food. And staff don’t respond about what’s going on. If you cannot provide service why don’t you stop to take order ???
