Ordered a party order to take home. Gave them two hours to complete the order. Had to go in 4 times to try and get the order correct. Four try's and an hour later of cold food headed home. Wife's birthday dinner ruined had to reheat everything. BWW needs to do better with their take out service.

worst bww in the area. even when empty the wait will be unnecessarily long. all the servers will sit down to talk to each other and wait at least 15 minutes before coming over. the food would probably be fine but they wait too long, once again, to retrieve it so it comes out cold. if you want hot food and do not want to spend 3 hours there (with a party of 5 or less) i do not recommend.

The food took forever to come out yet some how was still undercooked the some of the staff was friendly a lot were dismissive I've been here when they've turned takeout orders away due to under staffing several times and a server Tay was nursing a beer trying to keep it discreet buffalo wild wings at other locations has an amazing vibe this location poor management and quality standards

WORST RESTAURANT. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU LIKE BEING IGNORED AND WAITING FOR STAFF TO TALK TO YOU. LITERALLY SAT AT THE FRONT COUNTER FOR 20+ MIN WITH NO HOST THERE. OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WERE SEATED COMPLAINING THAT THERE WAS NO STAFF TAKING THEIR ORDER, WAITING 20+ MIN AS WELL. TRY TALKING TO STAFF TO GET ASSISTANCE AND THEY IGNORE YOU LIKE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WAS WORKING IN THE KITCHEN.

Did an online order thru the app as a guest for the first time, guy who delivers it was leaving and I said there’s supposed to be drinks he goes no. Then we translate thru his fone from Portuguese he says to cancel thru the app, found out u can’t as a guest. Tried to call the store 3 times and no one answers, Get in my car and drive a town over to get my food. Almost 1 hour and 45 minutes after I order. I get there and my food is on the shelf. Server there listens to my story doesn’t apologize or offer me anything when I paid extra delivery fees. I hand the server the wrong order back and she goes “I’ll have to make him a new one” then points to my food on the shelf. Now driving home with my cold food. Last time ordering food here .
