Great experience..the gentlemen was very nice and friendly. He almost got attacked by this huge bug that tried to fly in the drive-thru window lol and then he hit his hat on the drive-thru window when he was handing me the food (too tall) lol but overall he was friendly and engaging. Food was also fresh and hot!

Everyone was helpful and polite - even when I needed help with the Naruto toys. Food was hot as always, ready super quick.
Burger Kings are hit or miss: some are OK and some are filthy. This particular one in Burlington is well run and immaculate. Same lady has been running it for a while; hats off to her. Too bad not every BK isn't as good as this one.

Well I do appreciate the meat of a Whopper from Burger King every once in a while, the buns are of pathetic quality and disintegrate in your hands while you're eating. That being said at this particular Burger King today the Hispanic woman at the counter was super friendly and the veggies on both our burgers was very fresh. The fact that the store manager also joined the dining room having his own Burger King lunch was a positive indication of quality both in terms of food and service. Thank you 🙏
The woman here was LOUD and RUDE over the intercom, I kept trying to simply confirm what I ordered and she kept saying to my husband ‘HELLO SIR? HELLO?’ and was just overall snarky. you can order from here but make sure it’s a good day since these ladies will make it worse.
I order from here once in a while near my job. I order ahead, get there and somehow am still waiting 10 to 15 min for my order. Yet, somehow there is still something NOT hot thrown into the bag. The drive-thru lady has a terrible attitude and the location is horrible depending on the time of the day.
