Burtons Grill & Bar

Lovely lovely experience at Burtons in Burlington today. My bartender, Leslie, took exceptional care of me while I was struggling with an ongoing throat issue I've been having. She provided the highest level of hospitality with poise, charm, and her lovely smile was a welcome blessing. Excellent service. Yummy martinis too!!! 6 stars out of 5!!!

I swear I hate going there!! Every time I try something new they hook me ever more 😩!! I’m trying to lose weight but I keep dreaming about their bang bang shrimp!! I’ve been there about 6 different times and the quality is the same every time. Plus the kids meals are amazing!! My son’s a picky eater and his plate was cleaned!!! Thanks Burtons your staff food and restaurant is amazing and you should be proud!!

Has become one of my favorites in the Burlington area. Good food at reasonable prices, with a nice menu with good variety. The service is friendly and excellent both in the dining room and at the bar. Relaxed atmosphere makes it comfortable. Nice drunk menu and the loyalty club with points for spend is a bonus.

got the most severe case of food poisoning from their crab stuffed haddock a week ago. Almost asked my husband to take me to the hospital. Had to call out sick from work the next day he had to call out sick to take care of me. I sent them a message and they called but have not done anything to remedy this situation. I hope no elderly people got the food poisoning that night because how sick I was would've been devastating to Their health. I specifically went to this restaurant because I was not familiar with other restaurants in the area and thought Burtons was a safe choice. Live and learn.

Sirloin was not medium as ordered but well. We Hate to waste but they offered to correct it - and comped the steak which was good. You expect to get a medium on the 1st round at Burton’s. Service was slow and the place was empty. We paid a $44 dollar check with $100 bill and the waiter asked us “how much change we would like back. It was very inappropriate and awkward. Umm we would like the correct change back from our bill. We still left him 15% of what our true bill would have been even with the service issue. He was a good kid just not experienced.

I love the chicken ceaser salad and hubby had veggie w/Quiwan delicious. But the bread which normally absolutely awsome was dry and over baked this time very disappointed. Waitress was perfect on point.

New management absolutely no good

We went for my birthday and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. I think our waitresses name was Vicki. She was very attentive!
