Burtons Grill & Bar

We had a waitress named Vicky. She was very nice, easy-going and kind. The wait was a little long, but SO worth It. I had steak and fries, the steak was juicy, buttery, nice, delicious. The fries were above average in quality. The atmosphere was beautiful. 10/10 five stars will come again.

Had to self seat if a reservation was not made. Service was somewhat okay besides the whole self seating deal due to not getting attention for a while afterwards. Seemed pretty understaffed. The menu kind of lacked with some options at our table not being filling; the crab cakes in particular. Food was pretty basic, but the grilled cheese pork chops was probably the best entree at the table. Probably wouldn't go back.

I have celiac and despite ordering gluten free food, I received food with gluten. It caused me and my children to become extremely sick. I’ve had such great luck at Burtons in the past, I am so disappointed that this happened.

It was a bit overpriced but it was just okay.

Love to go every Friday to have my lunch at Burtons Burlington my Thai steak salad is delicious I just love it . But I have to give a big shout out to my server Sara who remember my usual order and her beautiful smile . She is awesome !

Went for the first time with our GF daughter for Mother’s Day - she’s already asked if we can go back. “Best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had,” she said. Thanks, Burtons!

And while that was amazing I have to come back and leave a more detailed review about the exceptional customer service the efficiency and even the way the food was packaged. But I too busy right now to give it the Justice it's deserved but I couldn't wait a minute longer to leave at least this five-star review!

I waited almost 30 minutes without even a server greeting me. I alerted staff at 15 and 25 minutes. I waited, while people sat next to me & after me were served. Very frustrating experience.

Sat us down outside and after about 10 or more minutes no one even came out to check in on us or ask if we wanted water or anything. They were in and out attending to the other 2-3 small groups of people & didn’t come to our table so I walked out. I get you might be busy but at least check in, offer a water while we wait or take a drink order. Felt ignored and this sadly was not the first time.
