Terrible bland food. Don’t go here

Place to avoid. The sandwich was subpar and bland, the wings were old, bland fries… I never had worst food in my life. After one bite, I went across the mall and purchased Chick-fil-A. Don’t spend your money at this place.

Don't let the sign fool you. Definitely NOT the #1 cheesesteak in the world, maybe in the Mall, providing no one else makes a cheesesteak. The "steak" was a frozen steak um variety, and there was not much on it for the ridiculous price. Lets not mention the hygenic way the cook was wiping his sweat with the same gloved hand he then began mixing some sort of food with. I say eat somewhere else in the Mall, or wait till you get home and order a cheesesteak from your local pizza place. Or if you are really hard up, a can of cat food might be a better option.

Always use to stop here over the years if I was in the area and get a nice California cheese steak with some ultimate bacon cheese fries. Comes out amazingly fresh and delicious..

Had a cheese stake today and it was nasty. The bread was not fresh and the paper sheet stake had no flavor. They don't ask what cheese you want and just put provolone. Not even a real cheesestake save your money and don't buy here.

Closed early and refused service. Food was made wrong. Would not refill drink. Also do not support Military. The Buffalo chicken sandwich is shown… not how it is supposed to be made. I’ve ordered plenty. Also I ordered gourmet fries and was charged for bacon cheese fries. Asked several times for GOURMET! They didn’t care. Also asked for a DIET Soda… recipe says SPRITE. I don’t know…

First time here and probably won't be visiting again. Tried they're new Kentucky burbon cheesesteak, i thought it would be a good sub but not so much seems like frozen steak'um steak meat with just half melted shredded cheese with burbon sauce everywhere. Overall presentation was "sub"par as well as the taste.

Wouldn’t recommend eating here if you prefer eating actual food. I recently got food with bacon on it here and the bacon is clearly artificial and tastes like straight up chemicals. Couldn’t even eat it. I sent an email in through their website about it and requested a response and they couldn’t be bothered to respond. No one expects gourmet food from a food court but having it be edible should be a requirement.
