Waitress was excellent. Baked stuffed shrimp very good. Would've preferred a fourth shrimp.
Always reliable and predictable. Food very good. Portions have decreased in size however. Consistent with everything else so can't really complain.
Good chicken marsala. Portions are a good size. Prices are high. $24 for stuffed chicken.

The broiled Haddock was delicious,as were the roasted potatoes and Italian zucchini. Our waitress was great and friendly as well
Our waitress was less than stellar with an attitude to match and when we received our orders they were drowned in tomato sauce not covered but drowned
Chateau was totally adequate and met our needs for a friend dinner, but the food was just ok. The service was excellent, I will say. The size of the menu and number of choices were fantastic, but none of what we had was tasty, and it did end up fairly pricey at the end of the meal. I am not sure if I could convince my fellow diners to return.
Funky musty smell & hot inside. Food was ice cold, both lasagna & a side vegetable. Cold as if taken out of the fridge & not microwaved. Manager took them back to microwave! Friend's food came back when I was almost done eating. Fish was old & "fishy". Not much else to say, would NEVER go back & should have listened to all of the lousy reviews. Waitress warmed up when we asked if she was OK - she was melting hot, the poor thing!
Aways loved the original Chateau Restaurant in Andover, this place did not live up to that location.
Trio of chicken parm, ravioli and meatball. Both the chicken parm and ravioli were over cooked and dry. The Meatball was tasted pretty good though the texture seemed “off”, almost like a frozen meatball from a store. as always, the red sauce and bread was excellent. Service was very good (our waiter was cody) and prices were fair.
We will not go back to this location….

Recently, we went to The Chateau Restaurant in Burlington for Sunday dinner. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. We immediately asked if we could sit at the bar since that’s where we wanted to be, and we were told, “Of course.”
We took our seats at the bar, and I went to the washroom. When I came back, my daughter looked confused and said she’d rather go somewhere else to eat. I asked her why, and she explained that they had asked for her ID and were now scrutinizing it because it was from out of state. They requested additional ID, which she didn’t have. I looked over and saw three people examining her ID closely.
At that moment, I thought, “Yeah, let’s just leave.” Here’s the thing: she hadn’t even ordered any alcoholic drinks—only water. So why was an ID even necessary for that? People come from out of town all the time, and not everyone’s ID looks the same. Why spend so much time analyzing it?
If this is how you treat customers when they’re right in front of you, I can only imagine how others might be treated behind their backs. It’s disappointing because we had often passed by this restaurant and wanted to try it, but now it’s firmly on our “do not frequent” list.

Our server, Deborah, took great care of us. There were 4 in our party and each person had a different dish, all fantastic. Highly recommend The Chateau's food!

Very friendly staff who served our group of six with professionalism & smiles. Everyone enjoyed their food choices which were yummy and met expectations.
The food is incredibly bad. They are not even hot, the server does a bad job service the customer. I had a shrimp scampi and it tastes horrible and cold.
I don’t plan to come back at all and don’t recommend this restaurant.

The food was cold. I personally ordered the lasagna which was cold. My parents got clam chowder also cold. The kids menu buttered noodles was swimming in butter.
Welcoming staff and big menu. The haddock was fresh tasting and seasoned well.
Our server, Colby, was very kind and warm. Colby went above and beyond to help an elderly couple dining next to us with their wheelchair. Thank you Chateau Burlington! You all saved the day after my friend and I were turned away at Rocco's Wilmington.
7 of us had lunch today. We had a reservation at 12:30. 7-9 of us go once a month to your restaurant on the third Tuesday. We always have the same waitress. I'm sorry I don't know her name. I'll be sure to ask next month. She's excellent. Cheerful, polite, and efficient. The food also was excellent and the prices reasonable.
