Try to go to Woburn not this location. Everytime we come they ALWAYS forget items that we paid for or mess up the order somehow. Really incompetent staff.

I paid about $30 for my food to be delivered to my job. I had two orders. On my receipt it says what sauces with my meals. I was supposed to have 9 total! I GOT NONE!!! My bag was half empty and had no stray for my drink as well! What did I pay all that money for just to have dry chicken and dry fries, no straw for me to drink my drink. I’m never ordering from here again. To just ignore all the stickers on my bag and drink and give me nothing is ridiculous. Include all items as you’re supposed to.

Frank is always helpful and super friendly. The nuggets (which were free, because the app) were tasty and the frosted coffee with cookie bits was smooth. I highly recommend using the app, especially at this location due to the crowds, for speed/points/random free food by the local operators.

Ordered 3 easy meals. Something was wrong with each one. When we told them, we were informed we had to go thru the line again. Which was insanely long to begin with. I asked for a refund and they point blank told me they don't do that. To take it up with my credit card company.

The chicken sandwich I got was tiny, cold, and looked like the breakfast portion it didn’t even cover the bun, so I was biting into plain bread before getting to the chicken. On top of that, I ordered a large drink with light ice, but I was given a small cup. I paid $13 for this and left still hungry. I used to work BOH at the Framingham location, and we’d never send out food like this. Unacceptable

Burgers are not good, They do not even put cheese or any vegetables in the burger, Waffle fries ? are good, I Think spending 11$ is not reasonable for the meal.

When I asked for sauce, Victoria didn't give it to me and threw it on the table. It was strange, so I asked for another one, and he threw it back on the table. And when I told her about the type of cheese on the Deluxe Burger, Victoria kept acting like she didn't understand. Yes, I'm a person of color. Even i am good at English, but she kept pretending not to understand and I ended up having this frustrating conversation with the manager in 30 seconds.
