Chipotle Mexican Grill

Love the taste, healthy and color of the food. My only c/o is the place seem loud. So I just always take it to go, or when the weather allows, eat on the outside tables, but they usually only have a couple.

Honestly not a bad chipotle. Just like the rest they cut their fajita vegetables WAY too big but other than that I’ve had several good lunch, pickup orders here.

Good food quick. Good portions. Have been there a few times when they ran out of guac which was disappointing. Really like their guac.

Employees that worked 2/26/25 seemed like they hate working there and putting more steak in a bowl comes out of their paycheck. They loaded the bowl with white rice and I asked for extra steak and got actually 7 or 8 pieces of steak and when I asked for a little more they rolled their eyes. Worst chipotle ever!!!

Extremely Disappointed - Will Not Be Returning!

I placed an online order with a pick-up time set for 11am, only to arrive and find a sign on the door stating they were no longer accepting online orders or offering dine-in service. Confused and frustrated, I went inside, and the employees simply told me I needed to call customer support for a refund. This isn’t the first time this has happened—I’ve had this same issue THREE times now. Each time, there’s been a lack of communication, and it’s always a hassle to get a refund.

I understand things can get hectic, but the fact that this has happened multiple times and there seems to be no effort to address the issue is completely unacceptable. I used to be a regular customer, but I won’t be returning after this experience. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and follow through on their orders. Not recommended at all.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The service is horrible and the food is a mess (or they're out of whatever you want, which they'll tell you rudely and without care). I've given it multiple chances, but no more. The one in Woburn is much better and worth the extra miles.

The girl working the front refused to give me more salad dressing and I told her I am willing to pay for it and she still said no. The dressing container is less than half full. Do not go to this place. They are very rude. I also made a complaint via email so I will update my review if they reach back out. The cashier felt so bad for me and he was new. She hid her name tag so I don’t know her name.

Enrique makes this chipotle amazing! My husband and I look forward to seeing his warm smile and welcoming embrace every time we come to this chipotle! He is the true definition of how cistomer service should be!

Can’t go wrong with chip

I love this place! I come here to eat on the weekends and the food is delicious and fresh. The service is great and the staff is friendly! I always have a great time and the atmosphere is very welcoming. A go to place for burritos and burrito bowls and everything in between! Continue the great service!

This chipotle is awful, they never have salad dressing and make sure to give you the bare minimum on proteins and rice. It’s run by a crew so you’d assume it be better but it’s not. It’s never clean, they always look like they got back from a cigarette break. Never pleasant or friendly. Just a gross chain, you should shut this one down. Once it was closed for delivery only, kinda shows you that people don’t want to
work at this location as well. Maybe because everybody is related? Just looked like mom and son were together. Very off might want to look into that.

The service was so bad as a first timer in chipotle I broke down and cried in my car. I was made to feel like it was illegal to have no clue on what to eat. The girls gave me a death stare because I didn’t know what to do
