Placed an order from Doordash and from my take nobody can read there, how does regular chicken read the same as Chipotle Honey Chicken, if you did not have any of this product state that then, update it, or let the dasher know.

Every time I go now, the protein portions—whether it’s chicken, steak, or any other meat are ridiculously small. You barely get a scoop of meat, but they’ll load your bowl with rice like it’s a rice restaurant. It’s basically a plate of carbs with a tiny sprinkle of protein.
I honestly don’t understand how they can still market themselves as a healthy food option. If you’re watching your diet or looking for balanced meals, this ain’t it. It feels like they’re cutting corners while still charging premium prices.
They won’t give you a to-go bag unless you specifically ask for one. Really? You’re expected to carry your food and drink out with your hands unless you know to ask? It’s cheap and inconvenient.

It’s 1pm and they didn’t have anything available. No brown rice, one serving left of steak, no chicken, no kids chips. The lady had an attitude when I asked are they making more steak and responded with no. This is distasteful as I came to eat lunch here. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. 0/5 for service!

I love chipotle- I have over 20,000 reward points- love chipotle. - traveled
Out of state to this one- it is FILTHY! And o don’t mean busy and no time to clean the wrappers by the drinks- FILTHY like dust on the glass top where you order and grease and dirt all over! Someone in high management is due for a visit!!! Good luck if you choose this location. It’s Nasty!

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my experience at the Burlington location on 6/9 was disappointing. Geraldine, who was the manager on duty, was helping me with my order. When I asked her to adjust my order, she seemed impatient and moved on to the next customer without completing my order. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told none was available, and no one was willing to assist. I left feeling dismissed and frustrated. I hope this can be addressed to ensure better service moving forward.

I ordered 4 meals on the app. Order was never ready even though the app said it was ready to be picked up. Apparently, the employees never saw the order and I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to figure it out. They gave me the order and told me the cups for the kids meals were in the bag. They were not and I had to go ask for them. I was given a complimentary bag of chips for having to wait. When I got home, we discovered that 3 of the orders were wrong. My daughter ordered a kids taco meal with chicken, rice and corn. She was given only 1 tortilla that was basically made into a cheese quesadilla with two sides of rice and corn. There was no chicken and she hates cheese. One of my sons ordered a kids taco meal with steak, rice and beans. He was also given just one tortilla that was already made into a quesadilla. My other son ordered regular steak tacos with lettuce, beans and cheese. His tacos had no lettuce or beans. For whatever reason, my order was right. The inside of the restaurant was disgusting. Trash on the floor. Very disappointing as this location has gone downhill.

I’m sorry but the quality has really deteriorated at Chipotle. The food areas aren’t that clean…food everywhere on the counters all between the various bowls of ingredients etc I just bought a burrito and it was supposed to have steak in it and I have eaten 3/4 of my burrito and I’ve probably tasted 3 little pieces of steak. It’s mostly filled with rice and sour cream. When I asked for more meat because it didn’t look like much the response was simply “double meat.” I said no. I asked for queso. She put half a spoon. I said more queso. The reply was “double” queso? I than replied no.i don’t want double queso, I want a full spoon of queso just like I wanted a full spoon of meat. What kind of training do you give these people to where they are afraid to actually give people decent amounts of servings to match the price. And the chips…a bag of chips is literally about a cup for $3.00. What a rip off. I go to Moes and I get an entire bag for the same price antheie chips are fresh…not stale. Again, the quality has gone e down and the line worker is only concerned with charging extra charges. No meat..lots of rice and sour cream..you could do better chipotle…

Servers dip spoons in your bowl when placing food, didn't drain the beans at all, cold well line was smeared like a toddler's high chair which was all over my bowl top and bottom. I try not to be that guy writing a bad review but this place deserves it. Consistently zero f's (I guess I admire the consistency lol) and not to mention the server didn't understand me because of language barrier and never got an answer to my question.

no issue with the quality of food but they’ll laugh at you when you ask for more of something? and I only asked for more lettuce lol and the photo is after she added more for me… customer service is lacking
