I am a frequent Chipotle customer and have been to multiple locations and this is far the worst one. I have experienced multiple instances of terrible customer service along with unsatisfactory food at the Burlington location. Most recently I ordered two quesadillas, both of which were barely melted and came with guac of an unsavory texture. When I politely asked someone to heat them up a little more I was met with severe attitude. The server heated the quesadilla until it was inedible and was very rude. 0/10 experience. I will not be returning.

Went today and tried to order a simple chicken quesadilla. The lady told me I needed to order online even though they could have very well done it right there and I was able to get one in store not even 3 weeks ago. I wanted to pay cash so I tried to order chips and queso in-store instead. They then proceeded to tell me they were out of chips. Mind you this was 3:45 on a Thursday.

Terrible.I ordered a veggie burrito bowl for takeout. I told the guy behind the counter that's what I wanted. He only gave me beans and rice and then later some cheese. Absolutely no veggies! I was also overcharged. This place is a ripoff. I had to put one star in to get this published otherwise there would be zero stars.

Decent, clean location everything here is good except the portion size of the chicken. I’m convinced they take home the leftovers and try to save as much of the meats

I eat alot of chipotle and this location is by far the best ever. The food is so fresh the portions are big and they are very efficient in service. I now drive put of my way 20 min to come to this location.

My pregnant wife and I got food poisoning here. I’ll never eat here again. I think the salad was not properly washed.

Food was okay, but we could not get past how unclean the place was; every single table was dirty. The floor everywhere was also unkept. It was not busy when we arrived.

This place is terrible. Mismanaged and no teamwork. I love Chipotle but this was so disappointing here. The tables are all filthy and it looks like the manager is just sauntering around.

This Chipotle is consistently understaffed on the weekends and they often don't have all of their menu items in stock. When they're in "online order only" mode, steer clear and literally go anywhere else.
