As someone who ate at the Cosi on the corner of State and Congress in Boston a couple of times a week I was very happy to hear that a new location was opening at the Burlington Mall. The bread in Boston was fresh and hot out of the oven most of the time and the salads were consistent and fresh. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my first visit to Burlington.
