On August 5th, I ordered food that was NEVER delivered. I went to the restaurant, where they LIED and said the driver was out delivering it! I get home, and guess what? No food! When I went back, some employee said they were closed and could only give me a credit. Now it's August 11th, and there's NO CREDIT on my account! I called, and they said they don't see anything about a credit for me. This is complete BS!

Worst experience ever. I picked up my order and everything was completely wrong. One pizza was supposed to be stuffed crust, but I got a regular crust instead. The other pizza was supposed to have extra cheese, and it barely had any cheese at all. My chicken Alfredo was burnt, and the cinnamon twists were a joke—I even paid for extra icing and didn’t get a single one.
To make it worse, when I called to speak to a manager, the person on the phone told me to “hold please” and then hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. This location needs serious improvement.

What is up with this location!!!! On June 24,2025 your delivery guy’s car broke down, I had to drive to pickup said order! The person that was working your front she was suppose to add a free pizza to my account. Dominos charge me for delivery but I’m the one who had to pickup my food. I’m staying clear from this location!

Ordered pizza from here when I stayed at the Hilton hotel in Burlington. When the delivery driver arrived he had me sign my receipt, so I signed it and handed it back to him and he looked at the receipt and basically demanded a tip from me. I was kinda taken back because I’ve never had anyone straight up ask for a tip let alone demand it from me like he did. I said no because I didn’t have it to give him. Well the next day I found out from my bank that he took it upon himself to tip himself $12 and over-drafted my bank account in doing so. I had to call the cooprate office and they refunded me the $12 but not the fee my bank charged me for going over. After what had happened it seemed like it wasn’t really enough for what had happened. I’ll never order anything from here ever again. I advise other people to check their bank statements for the delivery driver tipping himself. Pretty ridiculous.

Got in on a late flight just wanted pizza from the local dominoes ordered my usual Philly cheesesteak no mushrooms pizza with wings 2 dipping sauce of buffalo and ranch did not receive my dipping sauce… got up to room took a bite of my pizza looked at it closely and what did I see? MUSHROOMS 🍄🟫 😱 I’m allergic to Mushrooms!! Called store to inform them about my missing sauce and mushrooms being on the pizza letting them know I’m allergic driver calls me back and says the person who made your pizza said they didn’t put mushrooms on it… I said sir that’s a lie there is mushrooms all over the pizza I took pictures.,. Stated I can ask for a refund online… so you mean to tell me I have to request a refund online on what y’all messed up… it’s ok to inconvenience me?? No sir I need this remade or the store can process my refund….
I wish I could leave zero stars. This is easily the worst food experience I have ever had. I waited over an hour and a half for my food for them to tell me my order was completed yet I never received my food. When I called the location for assistance they put me on hold for over ten minutes then hung up. When I was finally able to speak to someone they told me the order was completed and that I was basically out of luck because their driver said they had delivered the food. I would absolutely do anything to avoid dealing with this TERRIBLE location ever again.

These kids make a good pizza. They are always busy and quality stays solid and fast af. I live 3 minutes away and I leave as soon as I order because it’s crazy how fast they can make a pizza. Handmade pan pizza is a good deal. Good kids they’re worth tipping.
