Ordered delivery on the app, it said “delivered” after 15-20 minutes despite nobody coming, I called about 45 minutes after placing the order and spent 20 minutes on hold before they just hung up on me, i had to call back 3 times because they kept just instantly hanging up on me as soon as I connected. Now been almost 2 hours and still no pizza cause they said they were “busy”. I’ll have to go through my bank to get the money back which is a pain in the butt… definitely never ordering from here again and advise anyone else not to either. :/

i usually always order from here but tonight was ridiculous. i get it your busy, but my order literally said delivered, and every time i called they hung up on me about 12 times. dont order here. They'd pretend to call the driver, then hang up on me. I finally asked for a refund or a new order. Guy said "driver MAY be on his way, we are busy." i spoke between two people every time they hung up on me.

Edit: Management offered a voucher for replacement which I took, pizza tastes better this time too!

Call them and they will put you on hold and hang up or not answer at all . Was calling about an online order all I wanted was to ask for paper plates ( not an option on the app) I called 4 times and spoke to a person once and it was please hold for a moment . After nine minutes on hold they hung up .
