Two employees arguing and they gave me frozen hash browns. Literally just do your job come on

Staff are usually very friendly and helpful, but today’s (12/11 @10:30am) staff at the drive thru was very rude. She clearly did not want to be there.

I just walked Dunkin to order a bagel. I see a worker outside smoking a cigarette as it blows in my face. I get into the store and no worker is there to take my order. Until the heavy set guy smoking a cigarette comes in and Rudely asks me what I want. I say we have an online order which contained a bagel. I ask him nicely to put cream cheese on it and he says “no I can only put in on the side” this was weird to me because everyone I ask puts it on for me this was the first guy that didint. I get my bagel and walk back to the car only to open it and it was not in any plastic wrap only contained a knife and cream cheese. The worst part was it was not cut in half and just looked like a 2 year old put it in a bag. This worker should most definitely be reprimanded I will not be coming back.

So many times in a row I have paid for cold brew but they ARE NO LONGER MAKING COLD BREW AT THIS LOCATION
This is the Dunks that is on my way to work. Tell me why I used to order the braided apple pies and they were actually cooked and not RAW AND COLD when I order them now?? I took one bite of my breakfast and it was disgusting, all I taste is raw pastry dough or whatever it’s made of, it just tastes like apple and raw dough. It’s pale and uneatable, thanks for ruining my breakfast consistently.
I’ll also add that it was in a mobile order so they had more than enough time to actually let it cook in the oven or whatever they heat the food up in.

I've only written one negative review in my entire life for a serious reason. This one isn't serious, but there were so many things wrong that customers deserve to know. The girl who made my sandwich cleaned the floor with her hands (gloves) and without changing the gloves went back to making my sandwich. When I told her I saw this, she apologized, changed the glove, and made the sandwich again, but this time wrong. Meanwhile, I was also waiting for the server who wrote down my drink wrong and told me three times that I had ordered that (I've never in my life taken what she was giving me). She remade it, it took a long time, and I received a horrible drink. Next to me was a man who also received the wrong sandwich. I noticed that there are fewer employees than there should be, which seems to overwork the employees. And supervision is urgently needed.

The staff is incredibly nice but this Dunks seems constantly understaffed which means orders are consistently wrong. It’s getting to a point where it’s incredibly frustrating to turn around every time and have my order fixed once I leave the drive thru. Even mobile ordering doesn’t guarantee your coffee will be made correctly or your food will be right.

Service here is typically slower than other Dunkins...not sure why. I'd rather go to Winn St Dunkin which is a little out of the way, than wait around in line.

I went in with my friends and asked for two iced lattes and one iced coffee, the girl with red hair and glasses, did not have a name tag on said “we’re not making iced lattes” we said ok so we asked are you making any iced drinks, she said “no we are not making any iced drinks we’re about to close”, as we were leaving two other girls come in and ask for iced drinks and the girl makes them for the girls, then we return to the cash register and asked,” you made iced drinks for them and we asked you if ur making any iced drinks at all and you said no”, she said “ no you asked for iced lattes and we’re not making iced lattes.” We then said we also asked you for iced coffee and you said no, then she proceeded to look at us weird and said no you didn’t then we said yes we did and then left. Don’t wanna make assumptions but I think they were racist and Islam phobic as me and my friends are Muslims

Everytime I get a coffee from this specific dunks it taste horrible. This is also the 4th time in a row ive ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel through doordash and they put it on something random instead. I ordered at 9:30 so im not sure how they “ran out” this early in the day.

I witnessed a verbal altercation between two coworkers. Could you please just make my coffee and argue in private? I wish I even got my coffee. I left because I was uncomfortable. Plus, I had already waited for 10 minutes. Never going to this location again.

Maybe the worst dunkin ive been to. Woman in the drive through just gave me a bunch of attitude after I asked for half and half (which they apparently dont have). My coffee was actually sour and soapy when they gave it to me. As if they put soap in it or didnt rinse the container they hold the coffee in. My egg bites were cold on the inside and obviously not cooked.
