worst dunkin’s i’ve ever been to. the worker charged me for a breakfast item they confirmed to me they had stocked- and then the other worker proceeded to lie to me that it was cooking in the oven when they never even had them in the first place. everyone here is incompetent and careless. don’t waste your time or money here ever

too bad , i work nearby and have supported this place as my favorite , but after Sara left the staff were very unfriendly , i had an order for 11 drinks , after coming to pick it up they said i am the owner of 11 drinks ? with a very unpleasant attitude , since then i have not come again , out of 11 drinks they did not make our request , very disappointed hope they will improve and i will continue to support

Went through the drive thru, ordered ahead. Pulled up to the window and they gave me a caramel iced coffee instead of the iced chai I ordered. Then tried to argue that it wasn’t coffee…. Coffee and chai don’t taste the same, it wasn’t a chai. Extremely rude. This place used to be one of the better Dunkins in the area but I won’t be going back here again anytime soon. Guess it’s time to find a new location.

Two stars because the drive through is on point. Mobil walk in orders are a nightmare (fifth or sixth time). One particular staff member does not read the tickets and just makes you whatever they feel like that day. Take my advice and use drive through or go somewhere else.

Example: two wake up wraps on their new sourdough loaf wrap. Only took 40 minutes to prepare.

Im new to the area. Made a simple online order while working a delivery at 9:30am. I showed up at this place at 9:50am and my order wasn't prepared at all. Waited patiently for another 10 minutes, even when the manager told them that I hadn't received my order and still got the order wrong. Mind you.
Sorry to say, but I can't say I'll be back to this location.

There isn't enough staff. It should not take a half an hour to Make two sandwiches. The number of tickets they had versus the number of employees they had to take care of it was completely unacceptable. Corporate give the store more hours and more employees! The store has been wonky since the 1980s and even a change in management hasn't helped because they don't have enough staff.

Walked in at one o’clock Wednesday. The two ladies ahead of me warned me that Christmas may come faster than my order. One person at register taking orders, pouring coffee and making sandwiches. After 20 minutes I left. Sad to see such a go to place for coffee and a nice lunch time sandwich go to pot. Employees seem so down and the atmosphere at the county is a downer. Store is closed when I drive by at 6:00 pm most days. Maybe the drive thru is all they want.

I work around the area and this the only Dunkin’ Donuts around, in my brake which 30 mini I go here to get my coffee always take more then 10 mini for a coffee today it was 20 mini hard to believe but it is true I don’t know what’s going on with this location and service other then that everything is good.

Was in the drive through for over 15 minutes with just 2 cars ahead of me. The customer service there was slow. Got myself an ice tea and 1 Boston cream donut so go figure... Slow is all I gotta say, did I mention it was a slow service?
