Was just in this branch. No one was in and they only had one online order waited 5 minutes in front of cash register with the two employee keep walking by and completely ignoring me. Felt very unwelcomed and left after no one took my order.

Just wanted to share I was in the store at 2:23 the gentle was extremely nice The place was clean I was very impressed I wish I got his name . I have been in places where it’s not like this. Give that employee a raise .

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area! I don’t know how this franchise has managed to stay open for this long. EVERYTIME that I have gone there either the line is at the door because they move so slow or there’s like 1-2 people working in the entire place. Whoever the franchise owner is they should want and do better for the customers.

First photo should be self explanatory, whis is a machiato with an extra shot so light, i also pay about 7.30 for this drink and to top it off it was mixed when I got it so I don't even know if they out shots in it. Second photo is what I had left over after I scraped all the uncooked part of the muffin out and this is a consistent problem here (use a toothpick).
This is a tack on from my recent purchase today, once again it seems like the coffee is way to light for a machiato at this point I am going to have to order everything individually, ice 1 cup, milk another, flavored syrup another and shots of espresso in another cuz I cannot trust how terribly inconsistent it is here.

Our Dunkin Donuts is being renovated. We were encouraged to go to another Dunkin, owned by the same management company, during this renovation. We are at the Dunkin on Wall Street, Burlington. Owned by the same Management Company. We were told some of the employees from our location would be here. We didn’t recognize anyone, but no problem with that. We ordered what we always order. We asked for the wraps to be well done. The employee at the register said she couldn’t do anything about it and that we had to talk to the employee cooking. We waited our turn, a very lengthy wait, then asked the employee to cook our wraps well done. He removed them from the oven and we asked for them to be well done again, so cooked more. He looked at us and said they are well done. We then asked for them to be cooked more well done, so please just put them back in the oven, and he stared at us and threw them out. He made them again and they were the same. We just took them as they were. Very disappointed.

Dunkin is always a solid go-to, and this visit was no different. The food and drinks were great — I got my usual breakfast sandwich and iced coffee, and both were just how I like them.
What really stood out this time was one of the employees — a really kind lady who was super friendly and helpful. She made the experience even better by being so welcoming, even when things got busy.
I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the line took a little while, but overall it was a great stop with good food and even better service.

Went to the counter and an employee was on her phone for a good 1 to 2 minutes before asking what I wanted she played it off as funny ,not professional and the other employee was talking to someone ,not professional this is the only dunkin that is like this, I will not be coming back .
