Our Dunkin Donuts is being renovated. We were encouraged to go to another Dunkin, owned by the same management company, during this renovation.
We are at the Dunkin on Wall Street, Burlington. Owned by the same Management Company. We were told some of the employees from our location would be here. We didn’t recognize anyone, but no problem with that. We ordered what we always order. We asked for the wraps to be well done. The employee at the register said she couldn’t do anything about it and that we had to talk to the employee cooking. We waited our turn, a very lengthy wait, then asked the employee to cook our wraps well done. He removed them from the oven and we asked for them to be well done again, so cooked more. He looked at us and said they are well done. We then asked for them to be cooked more well done, so please just put them back in the oven, and he stared at us and threw them out. He made them again and they were the same. We just took them as they were. Very disappointed.

Dunkin is always a solid go-to, and this visit was no different. The food and drinks were great — I got my usual breakfast sandwich and iced coffee, and both were just how I like them.

What really stood out this time was one of the employees — a really kind lady who was super friendly and helpful. She made the experience even better by being so welcoming, even when things got busy.

I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the line took a little while, but overall it was a great stop with good food and even better service.

Went to the counter and an employee was on her phone for a good 1 to 2 minutes before asking what I wanted she played it off as funny ,not professional and the other employee was talking to someone ,not professional this is the only dunkin that is like this, I will not be coming back .

I always order 10 minutes ahead and for some reason by the time I get there it’s never done. They’re always in the back doing god knows what. And just suck ass in general. They all move so slow.

I am giving the place a 1 star because of the fact that this store allowed a young woman to work all by herself , for almost 2 hours. This poor girl seemed so overwhelmed, but professionally handled every second amazingly. For people to be so rude and immature to her because she is doing her best to take walk-in customers. & on top of all of that. She was getting mobile orders as well. Not one other employee in sight. She needs a raise for all that stress you guys put her through.

This Dunkin along with The other three that they own in Burlington are all terrible and the owners of these dunkins are price gouging everyone. They are some of the most expensive Dunkin donuts in the state. I stopped going to any of them that they own.

The girl who seems to be the manager here is miserable….. I’ve been to this location only a handful of times, and each time it’s an extremely long wait and only 1 or 2 employees working. Twice in a row on separate occasions they messed up my order and made a sesame bagel as opposed to a cinnamon raisin bagel. They either don’t know how to read, punch in orders correctly or just don’t care.

Dietary restrictions: Don't eat more fried foods, fat, every day. Balance diet ,more vegetables and salad or fresh food

It now takes 10 times as long to get your order. The old staff quit. And half the time my order is wrong. I don't tell them because it will take more time. I'm very dissatisfied with this location now. I ordered 30 minutes ahead and STILL had to wait!! Seriously WTH!

My wife came into the store to get coffee and maybe some food yesterday. When she came in, the register was down. She had to call me to order online. Not only that, her coffee was made wrong. And they were basically out of stuff again, not only the first time or the last time there were out of stuff at this location. This happens multiple times when we come in and there missing something like ، caramel or almond milk also, they are too slow.
Never again!!
