I don’t usually write reviews, but hey I had to for this one. Dunkin completely made my day today. The guy who served me, August, made the whole experience feel 100x better, he was kind, quick, and honestly seemed just as excited about my order as I was. And the Sabrina Carpenter drink I ordered? So good it was like if it was blessed by Sabrina Carpenter herself. Between how amazing the drink was and how incredible the service was, this instantly became the best Dunkin run of my life.

Absolutely disgusting coffee and cold food on top of a 17 minute wait behind 1 car. I’ve never charged back an order so fast in my life. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to.

Had a minor mix up with my coffee here on my way to Woburn. Got to my destination and realized the coffee was made incorrectly, so I drove back and met August. This young man’s level of customer service is unmatched by any other coffee shop I’ve been to. He immediately offered me an apology and upgraded my regular iced coffee to a blueberry iced latte with oat milk, free of charge. He told me he was going to put extra care into making it and the finished product was the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. August is polite, well-mannered and offers an exceptional level of customer service. I suggest everyone, in the vicinity, makes this Dunkin Donuts location their go-to spot.

Zero star if I can.
Ordered a macchiato bur they did my drink completely wrong. If they said they don’t know how to do it, then its ok, I will choose another drink. And they refuse to do it again. Look at this, how is it a macchiato?

Typically the best place to get coffee but NOT ON JUNETEENTH!! It was horrid. Disappointed for such a great place to get coffee. I will try again another day. Hoping it gets back to the. Excellent level they were before.

An example of how truly dirty a high-traffic, high-volume location can become. The women's bathroom is usually manageable, but during my last visit, I felt like I was in a roadside gas station bathroom on some hot desert highway. The bathroom had it all: TP everywhere, an empty toilet paper roll core left on the silver handicap accessible railing just riddled with suspicious brown smears, overflowing trash. The restaurant wasn't a beacon of cleanliness either.
I do understand that this is an off-the-highway, high volume location, but, yikes! I'll get my iced tea anywhere else.

When did this dunking donuts become so hard up that they have to charge for a cup of ice cause any other dunkin donuts I go to doesn't charge for the cup or the ice ! And this go out to all dunking donuts you need to stop raising your prices and shrinking your items you charge 1.50 for a small donuts which is not worth more than 0.50$ when you first started you had nice big donuts and bagles and now you have raised the price and shrank the item which is not right and as a customer we are truly not getting what we paid for !

Not a fan of their coffee, but I went with someone else.
Dietary restrictions: Decaf coffee has too much caffeine.

They never put cream cheese on the bagels even when specifically asked in the drive thru.
We really enjoyed this Dunkin, staff was super friendly in the early morning, 4am!

I did drive thru for brunch. They have croissant, bagel of floppy English muffin sandwiches. They also have Egg Bites, donuts and muffins. Half the people who drink coffee in New England are addicted to Dunkin's coffee.
