We went to Eddie V's for my wife's birthday celebration. It was our first visit to this restaurant and we very pleased with the meal, the service and the atmosphere. Our server, Darrell Townsend was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our choices and offered special birthday complimentary extras. We got a champagne toast and dessert. The meal was a bit expensive but we knew that this was a high end restaurant and you get what you pay for. A great birthday experience!

I am a regular at Eddie V's & have also hosted private dinners there. Last evening was My Birthday Dinner. Our Service was terrible! Server was inattentive and took orders incorrectly. My water was never refilled, empty drink glasses left when new drink was ordered, drink order was placed incorrectly. Food delivered that was not ordered & remained on the check. I was so upset I didn't order my favorite dessert. I said something to front desk upon leaving and was told the Server was new and had worked in the kitchen. I have NEVER had a complaint about Eddie V's, and tell everyone how this is my favorite restaurant either Superior Service & Food. My Birthday Dinner was a complete disappointment. New Staff should be trained & checked to uphold excellent Service for guests.

I went with 7 of my friends for dinner Saturday night. The restaurant was jampacked and our server could sense that we were getting annoyed waiting so long for our drinks so she brought us complementary appetizers and dessert. She was awesome. The food was excelled and we will definitely go back. Only negative was how incredibly loud it was and we were unable to hear the live music.

The ambience is excellent for both business and and romantic with a casual, trendy, and fine dining atmosphere. The food is outstanding. I had a bone in ribeye cooked to perfection, Both appetizers and and side dishes were excellent. The wine list is great with reasonable prices.

Eddie V's never disappoints. While other establishments occasionally fall short on service or the quality of their food - Eddie V's never does. We have sat in the dining room, the lounge and at the bar - every time it's attentive service, stiff drinks, and amazing food. This time was no different. They knew it was my birthday without us even noting this when the reservation was made. Danny - our server, was attentive, knowledgeable and paced the evening very well. Our salad appetizers, filet with sides entree and the lemon tarte desert were expertly prepared and had great flavor profiles. The live band in the bar was a great touch - just loud enough to hear, and not too loud to drown out our conversation or the energy of the room. If you want a memorable evening without disappointment - this is your place. We will be back soon.

Steak was ok, a little overcooked; Bread & Butter, terrible, bread was too hard and chewy, butter had too much msg spice, likely it was warmed in a microwave oven; lobster bisque was below average. Oysters and mac & cheese were good though. I'd rather go to Capital Grille.
