Unfortunately, inattentive service marred my experience at the Feng Shui Restaurant in Burlington. Water was delivered by a server holding the top half of the glass; no hot tea was served although a neighboring table received a beautiful pot of it; someone checked on my meal only after it was half-consumed; the bill was never delivered, so I paid on the way out.
Ironically enough, the pineapple chicken fried rice, with a confetti of purple onion and green scallion, was flavorful and delicious.
The food is fine. However, don’t go there too late. No one would remind you that the lunch session closes on 2:30 when we walk in almost 2 o’clock there. You could not get enough food when getting close.

Usually order my shrimp fried rice from here the taste was ok got it mostly for the portion. Tonight I walked in to pick up my order the girl that was at the front stated I don’t have an order there after she asked me my name I proceeded to show her my receipt and she stated with an attitude you have to say the name you ordered with I showed her the name again to which she threw my food and said “ you tell me wrong name” I gave her back the food and told her refund me!
Went Friday evening without reservation but they accommodate us. The ambiance was very nice and food was amazing. Loved it, go to place while visiting MA.

We came for a very late lunch (or was it a very early dinner?). The atmosphere is gorgeous, simple and elegant. Our server was very attentive and the food was served promptly. We ordered the feng shui fried rice and the feng shui maki. Excellent

We stopped in on a Thursday night without a reservation and were seated right away. Service here is fast and polite.
The vegetarian delight is genuinely delicious as is the pineapple fried rice and miso soup. I had the chicken dumplings and they were huge in size but the dough was a bit thick for my taste.
All in all it was a tasty meal and we would come back

We recently came for a business dinner for five people and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the atmosphere was excellent, the dim lighting was a bit darkish atmosphere, intimate setting. The food was also fantastic. We enjoyed the shared starters, and the main courses were not only delicious but also very large.
The main issue was the service. It didn't feel like a restaurant experience, but more like a fast-food place. Our drinks were delivered well after our appetizers, and when we finished our mains, we were immediately presented with the check, even though we had specifically requested the dessert menu. This felt very rushed and unfortunately, we ended up skipping dessert and leaving earlier than we planned.
A little more patience and better timing from the staff would make this a truly great restaurant. The food and ambiance are too good for the service to bring down the whole experience

Food is always delicious but service is very disruptive, you are rushed to order and then as soon as you finish your meal they run to your table with the bill NOT even asking if you would like anything else dessert etc. Always the same rushed service and I do not understand why when it's not busy or even close to closing!

I liked the cod fish a lot, was pretty good. It was a fish of many contradictions, it was both existent, yet in the process of being eaten. And even as it was eaten, it was being transformed, broken into smaller chunks and pieces until digestion. In this sense it was non-existent, only existing as the life of a process. And that, I think, is so beautiful. Thank you, Feng Shui.

I love this place in every way. Nothing beats the avocado lover and the blue crab fried rice—two of the best dishes here. With parking available, the ambiance is warm and welcoming. Without a doubt, I will return!
