Being in the food business, I realize how hard it is to operate and run a business what I’ve just witnessed was horrifying the employees dancing speaking so loud is totally unacceptable. The burger was dry. The bread was just sitting on the flat top completely dry holding the burger the bread actually fell apart. I realize why this five guy burger is not busy at all. Totally unacceptable service and product. I’ve eaten that multiple five guys but this is something different.

Had the worst BLT at the Burlington, MA 5 guys. Barely 3 pieces of bacon on it. May have been because I was wearing a Vietnam Veteran cap. I also may have been over charged, I didn't notice until I left. Not able to compare prices charged with prices listed. Will not go back.

The hot dog was better than the hamburger. One disappointing thing was that when I pointed out the dirty table to the staff, they almost just handed me a napkin to clean it myself. It seems that simply saying “It’s dirty” wasn’t enough. I also needed to clearly say “Could you please clean it?”

I visited five guys in Burlington today, asked for a burger and coke, paid and when to sit, food got ready, i didn’t get a cup so i grabbed one from the counter, i was pouring my drink, one of the employees asked nicely if i have paid for that, i said yes! Because i asked for it, so i checked my receipt and that wasn’t any drink charge! I had a really bad day at work today maybe I just thought I asked for a drink but i just didn’t! That got me really embarrassed because i had no intention of stealing a coke but again they were really nice to me, burger was great, staff well trained and very polite. Thanks Guys.

Gotta love the peanuts - it is fun to peel and eat the salted peanuts- pretty unique feature at five guys that I was not aware of. As to the taste of the burgers, I have had better than what I had this time. The burger was a bit on the colder side, would have been great if it was cooked properly. The service was excellent, wish the food matched the service this time.

Went in to get a burger and saw employees playing Footsies in the corner which seemed more important than taking my order. As the woman was taking my order she was being very rude and disrespectful. I would never go back to this five guys again ever. Horrible experience

Never had a burger that Was frozen in the middle. What's more sad is that I got Lettuce wrap And the lettuce was frozen As well. The teenager girl they put As a manager Is as rude as it can get and she wouldn't share her name because she knows what kind of a unprofessional sorry person she is. Would give it a zero star if I could
