Gotta love the peanuts - it is fun to peel and eat the salted peanuts- pretty unique feature at five guys that I was not aware of. As to the taste of the burgers, I have had better than what I had this time. The burger was a bit on the colder side, would have been great if it was cooked properly. The service was excellent, wish the food matched the service this time.

Went in to get a burger and saw employees playing Footsies in the corner which seemed more important than taking my order. As the woman was taking my order she was being very rude and disrespectful. I would never go back to this five guys again ever. Horrible experience

Never had a burger that Was frozen in the middle. What's more sad is that I got Lettuce wrap And the lettuce was frozen As well. The teenager girl they put As a manager Is as rude as it can get and she wouldn't share her name because she knows what kind of a unprofessional sorry person she is. Would give it a zero star if I could

It's essentially a low-quality burger. While it might pass as acceptable for fast food, that's a low standard to meet, especially considering they're supposed to be known for good quality burgers. The bun was soft, but not toasted as one would expect. The patty was as thin as a pancake. The price doesn't justify what you get, especially compared to the cost and quality of options at a grocery store, even when considering convenience. It's simply not a good value product. Also, the fries were way over salted. The staff were nice with no complaints, but the real issue lies with the chain and their product. If you must go, my advice is to get the little hamburger with no additional toppings.
