I visited five guys in Burlington today, asked for a burger and coke, paid and when to sit, food got ready, i didn’t get a cup so i grabbed one from the counter, i was pouring my drink, one of the employees asked nicely if i have paid for that, i said yes! Because i asked for it, so i checked my receipt and that wasn’t any drink charge! I had a really bad day at work today maybe I just thought I asked for a drink but i just didn’t! That got me really embarrassed because...

One disappointing thing was that when I pointed out the dirty table to the staff, they almost just handed me a napkin to clean it myself.
It seems that simply saying “It’s dirty” wasn’t enough. I also needed to clearly say “Could you please clean it?”
