Meat service was VERY slow. Never saw some cuts of meat despite multiple requests for a period over an hour.

There aren't a lot of Brazilian meat buffets in the area, so there's not a lot of competition, and I think it shows. Maybe I was just unlucky and got the wrong table, but it felt like the meat parade went *around* my table, but didn't stop as often as I wanted it to. We were there for an hour and a half and there were still at least 2 dishes (possibly 3) that never made it to our table. This isn't the first time we've had a disappointing experience here, but recent visits have been consistently disappointing, so I felt compelled to write a review. I hope your experience is better!

First thing we noticed was that it was very noisy. We were seated right away. We liked the salad bar but did feel it was lacking some traditional salad ingredients although we enjoyed some of the non traditional items that were available such as street corn and smoked salmon. They also did have Caprese salad but no balsamic glaze which being Italian I know is traditionally served with it. The wait staff were all very attentive and offered us sides and drink refills often also cleared items we were finished with quickly. The meats were all good however they didn't have enough variety or enough gauchos coming around with meat. We have been to other Brazilian places where the meat options and service was much more plentiful. We sat at one point for 15 minutes with our green card up and not one gaucho came by. We had to leave for an event so we gave up and asked for the check. We probably would not return here if we were in the area again as we didn't feel it was a good value for the money.

We always love this location but the service was awful. It was our anniversary and we took our 18 month old. We had to ask for water multiple times. We really love lab and asked for the lamb to come to us. We waited over 40 min for the lamb. All the meat was medium and so salty. We prefer medium rare or even rare. I would say one or two pieces were actually medium rare, everything else as so over cooked. I felt bad I wasted so much but it was just not good. I got home and made a snack bc I wasn't satisfied.

We had a business dinner and it was one of the worst experiences ever. They kept serving us burnt meat, I mean totally black outside and raw on the inside. There is no definition of the meat we were served last night. We were totally embarrassed to our clients with the unacceptable burnt meat we were served. Either change the chef or the management. I will not step a foot here for a very long time.

The food was great as always, the only issue really is getting drinks out of the quickly, it always seems to take a long time to get a drink.

Mateus the waiter was perfect. He was attentive cheerful and respectful. He made our experience more memorable. I am BRAZILIAN and I really felt like I was back home when he approached us. The food was amazing and authentic. I don't eat gluten or dairy and the choices were plenty. I really appreciated the experience and I will be back soon.

Bad service. Waiters say different things. For example, “Coffee can be refilled vs. coffee can't be refilled.” “You can't split your bill as you want.” Waiter Wayne (9:26, 12:30) was terrible and mean. Disrespectful facial expressions— clearly give wrong ideas and refused to do what we requested (like bill slip) He was the first unkind staff there; I'd had quite a few there already. I like the food there, but service is always terrible. Are you guys racists?!? Discriminating for some reason? Train your employees, or we won't go anymore!

wanted to have a special night with my son. When I made the reservation, I asked for a dessert to be brought to the table with a dedication. We didn't have a waiter; one came to the other, but I didn't feel that kind of cheerfulness that you get when it's time for you. They never brought me dessert with the dedication. I didn't feel well looked after at all.
