Mateus the waiter was perfect. He was attentive cheerful and respectful. He made our experience more memorable. I am BRAZILIAN and I really felt like I was back home when he approached us. The food was amazing and authentic. I don't eat gluten or dairy and the choices were plenty. I really appreciated the experience and I will be back soon.

Bad service. Waiters say different things. For example, “Coffee can be refilled vs. coffee can't be refilled.” “You can't split your bill as you want.” Waiter Wayne (9:26, 12:30) was terrible and mean. Disrespectful facial expressions— clearly give wrong ideas and refused to do what we requested (like bill slip) He was the first unkind staff there; I'd had quite a few there already. I like the food there, but service is always terrible. Are you guys racists?!?...

My husband and I had an awesome experience while enjoying the Surf and Turf Cocktail Party event at Fogo de Chao in Burlington Massachusetts. The food was delicious and plentiful! But the highlight was our servers and the table side bartender. Natalia was an expert at crafting delicious Capriana's! She also spent time explaining her craft and checking on her customers. Ruan and Celina were awesome servers, and did everything in their power to ensure our experience was...
