I absolutely love boba and I know that this is the best boba I ever had in my life there are so many options to choose from and they taste amazing

My daughter ordered a pearl tea.There was no indication in the store that XL drinks couldn’t be made hot, and the machine’s ice options were all disabled. My daughter first asked if she could exchange it for a hot drink but was denied. Then she asked if they could remove the ice, but the staff told her to handle it herself and refused to help, even making an excuse that removing the ice would change the taste and it wouldn’t be the same as the original. Eventually, the staff reluctantly made a hot drink for us, but only after forcing us to stand outside the store. We returned the original drink unopened, but the staff took it away without asking. The shop compensated us with a one-dollar difference, and their attitude was unfriendly, even implying we were trying to take advantage. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The service was unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope the store improves its service process and attitude.

Got the $3 oolong tea. Quick, simple and pretty good.

Unbelievable and unacceptable. I came in with my child who was clearly thirsty and the woman refused to give us water. Denying water especially to a child is beyond poor service. I’m shocked and deeply disappointed. Never coming back.

Can you believe they are selling tap water @$0.5 per glass, they don’t charge credit card below $3 and when I told her that I have only $100 bill, she was willing to give me a change. This is unbelievable and disgusting. Cheap people.

This location wouldn't honor the 20% off milk tea promo, which Gong Cha posted on IG for its loyalty members (pic attached). I was told I needed a special coupon despite providing my loyalty info. Nowhere in Gong Cha's posts is there any mention of a required coupon.

Be nice to the customers that support you. Learn and carefully listen to the right order. These drinks are not cheap and when you screw them up, one cannot enjoy them anymore. Horrible customer service!!! You don’t even deserve one star.

Nice services and good Boba. The price is abit on the higher side for Boba but it's good. The amazing part is that I was there for the collaboration event with Final Fantasy 14. Got the code and was happy.

Thus place is always crowded. However, if you order via mobile app, you could skip the line and get your order in 2-3 minutes after ordering.
