Placed a mobile order and paid and then got an email confirmation my order was received. Pickup was at 10:30am and their posted hours say they open at 10. I went to pickup my order but there were no workers and it looked like the store was abandoned even thought everywhere else was open in the mall and the mall was crowded. No one to take or make orders. Even on the auntie Anne’s side of the store which had a lot of pretzel bites on display. Maybe turn off online ordering if the store isn’t actually open.
