Awful, globs of mayo on wrap! First time here and last time. Ordered Gatorade, got Mt Dew. Very expensive, over priced.

Ordered a wrap with mayo, very unacceptable, globs of mayo falling out of wrap. Spent $85. for a family of 4. Rip off. Our first and last time eating here. Funny how pics aren't allowed for full transparency.

Went in for lunch at 1159 am . Left at 1240 pm . Waited 10 mins for my order to be taken . One sub was made right away the other 2 after 30 mins I asked where they were cheesesteak and grilled Chipotle chicken sub. Grill guy never got the order woman at the counter told me 20 mins more sorry You have the worst set up of any sub shop ever. I will never be back .50 mins of my 1 hr lunch break ruined for me and 2 other coworker. 9/20/24

Had to order at counter and I was cordially welcomed and asked what would I like. Placed order, moved down to register and paid for subs. Walked out the door in 10 minutes with Subs and their " Big Thank You ".

I ordered a few subs online and was about 8 minutes early for my order. When I arrived, even though the story was busy, they mentioned that my order would be right out, and started working on it alongside other orders. The staff was so polite in handling my order and other orders I witnessed! I love the turkey and provolone sub and regularly crave it, it was delicious, as always! The store was also incredibly clean.

Think they need Jimmy John’s to come train them how to make a sandwich. Folks working here look confused, like they’ve never seen bread or meat before. Takes 20 minutes to get a cold sub that Jimmy John’s would have ready before you finish ordering.
