Was ok, got the earth bowl which is the equivalent to harvest bowl at sweetgreen. The dressing was great, the portion was smaller and the chicken had that off chicken taste.. maybe would come back but I preferred sweetgreen

I ordered over a year ago a grilled chicken salad but did not get the chicken. I called and they told me I was out of luck unless I decided to go to the store to get the chicken. I’m a physician stuck at work for 12-14 hours at a time without breaks. So now I had lettuce without anything else. How is this acceptable for a meal. She said at least you have lettuce. Really?!?! They sent me a coupon which I said I’d never use and wanted my food refunded. They refused to refund me. I never used the coupon bc I was disgusted by the service and response. My coworkers order when I’m not around bc I won’t order… today they wanted to order again and since it’s 1.5 years later I was hopeful things would be different. NOPE!!! I ordered a warm chicken goat cheese salad… no goat cheese. Are we serious?!?! Again contacted customer service who said to go to the store… I have 6 patients in front of me and cannot leave the office… her response was to send a coupon. I said your business failed not once but twice now I’ll never use it… she said well I can refund the goat cheese only which is about 89 cents.. are we serious… I’m not eating this crap… I ordered goat cheese and chicken… this is unacceptable and the responses poor. They want you to order again and take more money with even less satisfaction… that’s greed and horrible customer service. They should refund my meal so I can order elsewhere. Insanity. Never ever again…

Loved this place originally. Disappointed that now when I have ordered ahead it is not only not ready, but I had to wait in line just to get them to make my order. 15 mins after the timeframe it was supposed to be ready and they hadn’t even looked at the ticket.

This place is just a copy paste of Sweet Green if sweet green offered less for more money. They are new to the area so maybe they just aren't in the swing of things yet:
It took 5 min to get someone to help me. I was the only one in line.
The staff didn't know the menu when I asked for the special that was on the ad board right outside.
The menu inside is digital and changes so its a little hard to see the whole menu.
The staff doesn't check before taking orders if they are missing key items for their signature bowls which puts the customer in a position to either choose a replacement they don't want when they could have chosen a whole other dish or leave.
There are no bags forks or napkins out for customers to take and they don't offer it to you even if you have a lot to carry out.
The food is just OK; I wouldn't cross the street for it when Sweet Green is right on my side of the road with better quality, portions, and service.

Updating my previous review. Since Google doesn’t let you do another review: Tried to give them another chance and went back today: 6/14. This was EVEN WORSE than the previous. Not a single part of my order was correct for my salad or my coworkers. Had this ordered for a set pick-up, clearly had been sitting there for ever. The salad was congealed, lettuce was spoiled, and then missing everything I specifically ordered on it. The ‘chicken’ looked and tasted worse than what I feed my dog for snacks. Don’t waste your time. Maybe if you go in person it’s better, but not a single person there can read the directions for your order and make it correctly.

Looking for a healthy and affordable place to eat? Just Salad is a great pick. Split a Chicken wrap with Buffalo Ranch sauce. The ingredients were fresh and packed with Flavor. Definitely will keep this on the list of places to eat for a quick bite. Shot out to the manager Ruddy he has an attitude of always helping.

Great “Fast casual” addition to Burlington! Delicious and FRESH meals! Fast and friendly service The restaurant is brand new so everything is clean and fresh Staff was super helpful friendly and kind (and efficient) I god the shroom “Fable” bowl and it was soo good I ate outside and a team member came to check how I enjoyed the food and brought me bread What service! I will definitely be ordering just salad for office catering in the near future!

I really enjoyed my buffalo chicken salad. Very flavorful and filling. The spicy ranch is infact spicy so if you don't like hot food, opt out for regular ranch. The service is also great. Friendly faces and good vibes! Will be a regular.

the food sourcing is commercial like the dressings, and wraps are probably highly processed. . slow cooked chicken was tasty. best salad restaurants would never sell commercial soft drinks. the cava restaurant chain sells only organic soda. free from preservatives. I noticed that PFG food distribution label on jugs in the back when glancing over its west creek. I work at a country club we get orders from sysco and pfg. most stuff is bad crud. it's about profits being made through sales.
