I so wanted to like this bakery. I was really excited that a Brazilian bakery opened in the neighborhood. I bought an assortment of baked goods. The cheese bread was really good, unfortunately the cakes were old and stale. Some of them were so old that the cake was dried out and hard even though they had frosting or meringue on them.

If I could give zero starts I would. The delivery guy who delivered my pizza was not wearing any mask, or gloves. I asked if he wanted one and he said he HAD ONE IN HIS CAR and as he was the person MAKING the pizza he didn’t had any mask because it was too hot for him to be wearing it. Even tho he was outside my front door and was not currently in front of the oven, also one more reason for him to be wearing a mask since he is HANDLING MY FOOD! I do not feel safe buying from them and you shouldn’t either, since they’re breaking safety guidelines, in the middle of a world pandemic! Also as I was eating my pizza the dough of the pizza was not cooked all the way through and I could feel the dough!!

I love the food but their pricing is all over the place. We have been ordering the promotional box of 24 esfihas/mini pizzas for $25.99 and we always do the same order (10 cheese, 10 calabresa, 4 cheese and bacon) and I called in today and someone told me they only do 6 cheese, 6 beef and 6 chicken but we can customize YET they didn’t let me add cheese and bacon because it isn’t in the promotional price?! Their menu has nothing specifying which flavors you can get in the box (see in the photo). Also every single time we order esfihas/mini pizzas, it comes wrong. Last time we got 12 cheese and bacon and 10 calabresa. Even though cheese and bacon is not in the promotional price, they charged us the same. Please fix that and stop making me, a Brazilian native, so confused.Otherwise, the esfihas are really good. Pastries and cakes are ok. They are better when fresh which you cannot tell by only looking. UPDATE: I just came back from there and got a very poor attitude from an employee that has been working there for only 2 weeks, she kept telling me she “never seen me there” and that “they let you know about the order restriction when you call”. What the f#ck?! I have been ordering there for months now. Changed to 1 star.

Best bakery around! I tried the Brazilian carrot cake covered in chocolate, AMAZING!!!! Fresh, moist, and delicious! The flan is huge, get a quarter because it’s rich and delicious. The French rolls are to die for!!!
