Most of what I've bought here was great. Two not-so-greats: the person who sliced the mortadella sliced it too thick, so it was like eating baloney, even though I asked for it "paper thin, set the slicer to the thinnest setting, it's OK if you shred it a bit." That was a big disappointment. Second not-so-great: the Italian rum cake. Couldn't taste any rum at all. Stick with the lobster tails, which are lovely.

I recently purchased a 10” Italian Rum Cake to fulfill my sisters craving. Opted for the whip cream frosting, no decoration. FABULOS.
Picked up a loaf of the best Scali bread ever.🙌🏼

Mostly friendly staff. A few staff could be a little moody at the deli. Wasn't impolite but asked me to order as on the menu. I was the only one at the deli not busy hour.
Parking: Parking are in front and further down. Some ppl park near the bus too.

I ordered Hawaiian steak tip dinner over rice medium rare, which I've done many times over the years. The person on the phone tells me they don't do that in Burlington. I told her I've ordered it that way for years. She asked the guy on the grill and he stated"We don't do that". So I ordered the regular steak tip dinner instead medium rare. The steak tips were over cooked and tougher than shoe leather. What a disappointment. $25.00 for each meal. The person on the grill should not be on the grill.

Hosted a graduation party for my son. We used the catering service for the food. It was easy peasy to order , the food was delicious it was delivered on time and set up for us. The 40 people who attended left stuffed with the food and the great cake. I highly recommend that if you need catering, want great food and service this is the place to use
