LaCasia's is the BEST. I grew up going to LaCasia's with my family. I have been to Medford twice since January of 24 and have made it a point to go there. It brings back so many wonderful memories. The staff there is amazing. The Scala bread is delicious and makes the best toast. I ordered 10 loaves the first trip and 5 from this trip. Everything I ever had there was DELICIOUS. I could write a review of every item, but it would take up all your time.

If I’m in charge of desserts for a gathering this is the place. Their dessert case is like an art exhibit! The variety and decoration is stunning. They have a solid steak tip sub and prepared pasta salads/charcuterie to go items. I’ve also had birthday cakes from here over the years and they have been amazing!

Been coming here for over 14 years and it's the best Lacascia's of them all. Food is really delicious, love that boar's head meats.
