Have gone here many times and everytime I go there is a problem with my order. They need new managers for this establishment and the owners haven't done that yet. I knew someone that worked here and couldn't go anywhere since manager is a Brazilian women and only wants to hire her own friends and people she knows. MANAGEMENT COMPANY NEEDS TO MAKE SOME NEW CHANGES

Ordered on the McDonald’s app and went through the drive thru for pickup. Should have checked my bag before leaving the parking lot as half of it was missing. Called the store and was told I needed to contact Uber Eats as the driver stole my food. Um, I was the driver and never used Uber Eats. Not sure how I need to get a 3rd party involved that had nothing to do with it. The manager was incredibly defensive and his solution was to come back the next day to get a replacement order. The Hogan family should be disappointed in how their restaurant is being run!

Honestly, they don’t even try to make the food taste good anymore. Just slather an ungodly amount of mayonnaise on every sandwich and overcook/dry out all the fries, mmmmm mmmmm!

Absolutely horrified by this place. It’s called “fast food” for a reason!” So when food isn’t ready they send you to a drive thru spot. Ok. But then you proceed to wait even longer! I was in my spot for over 10 minutes. And I had my kids in the car which is why I wanted to keep this drive thru only. Finally I went in and my food was sitting on the counter so I grabbed it and left. When I got back into my car, a man who I presumed is the manager came to my window with a different order. Since I was annoyed I did make a comment and said “nope not mine but I did have to wait like 20 minutes for my order!” Then he YELLS AT ME! saying lady it wasn’t 20 minutes all while mumbling not nice comments under his breath. I actually called to talk to him and he hung up on me! I am so disgusted! I get things happen and such. But when they are in the wrong + yell at their customers especially with kids in a car. Nope! I never ever will go here again! Worst fast food chain in our area.
Bought a happy meal and Tried to exchange a different toy and got a NO, unless I buy another happy meal. Only McDonald turn my kids down.

I'm sorry I really tried. I gave this place a chance. I don't understand why I couldn't get the other toppings that I paid for on my ice cream. Then I couldn't get the refund either. I asked well if I can't get the toppings can I get a refund since I had payed for them? She just shook her head no. Like, okay? Why? I've worked at ( a different) McDonald's... everything I had asked for is doable and SO simple. This became complicated for no reason. I'm pretty bummed and honestly shocked at the way they handled this. Everything could have been handled so easily in the drive thru, but it wasn't. I'm not coming back here again. Very unfortunate I try not to leave bad reviews but this was not professional at all.
