Food came out quick but was a little hard to order, tables were dirty but staff came quickly to clean as you sat down.

Unfortunately this Mc Donald’s was a huge disappointment. When we got in I thought I was very lucky because the toilets were closed for cleaning. So I waited. After the cleaning person was done I went in and honestly I don’t know what he cleaned. It was nasty. Dirty toilets with hair on the toilet seats and dust/dirt on the toilet paper holders. The other disappointing thing was the chicken sandwich. I clearly did not get a fresh bun, because it was stale and hard. I can not recommend this Mc Donald’s restaurant. Very disappointing.

I ordered off the app and had points to get a free McChicken. Once I drove back 15 minutes to my work place, they forgot to put it in my bag after they said it was in...totally waste my points for nothing!

The absolute worst McDonald’s drive thru I’ve been to in my life, little kid had no idea what was going on nor did the women taking the order, then proceeded to give me attitude and cuss me out, also made me go through the drive thru 2 separate times!!!!!!!! God awful period.

Kid in the drive through was incredibly rude. Sounded like he didn’t want to be there. When I got to the window they asked me to pull into spot 1. They then had another person go into a regular parking spot next to me. After a while a guy comes out naming two different orders and before I confirm which is mine *hands me* a bag and walks away to the other car. A few seconds later he comes back to swap the bags and tells me I told him “yes this is mine”. I never said that. Was simply handed a bag. The entire time I felt like the staff was annoyed by the fact they had to serve customers. I work as a manager in food service and would be incredibly disappointed if I knew this is how my team was acting.

I went to the Burlington location for the first time last night. I placed my order in the app and picked it up at the drive-thru. The wait time was longer than I would have liked, but it could have just been that the driver in front of me was being slow with placing their order.
My main issue is the food quality. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink. The fries were soggy and many of them had gross brown spots on them. The nuggets were cold and undercooked. The drink tasted terrible. The only good thing was the cheeseburger.
I usually go to the McDonald's in Waltham, but they're closed for renovations, so I decided to try the Burlington location. It was not a good first impression, so it's unlikely that I will go back.
