My experience here was awful! 5 girls working the little food court space and I stood there for 3 minutes and none acknowledged me; 3 were chatting and gossiping while two others sat apart from this group. Very disappointed in this and not good customer service at all. None instructed me to even show me where to order. Me and my daughter figured it out after we saw a gentleman go up to the order screen and do so from there. There was also the option of speaking to one to order...

This is not a traditional ice cream shop, but a flavored soft serve shop. Admittedly, they have a lot of flavor combinations.

Chocolate flavor was ok, and for a soft serve "milkshake" it was good. Service and atmosphere....it's in a good court....so not really there for service and atmosphere.
