Very irresponsible I order a cookie cake and I get here to pick it up and it's not ready I have to wait a half hour no manager on staff. How do you run a business like this.

Good service. My friend and I had the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. There was a high sugar over cinnamon ratio that did an okay job being absorbed into the pretzel. The pretzel bites themselves were perfect bite sized and a lot of them packed into the cup. Solid place.

F*CK THIS PLACE. I was a loyal customer for YEARS. I have continued to order birthday cakes from here every year even tho the owner hires less than capable employees who ALWAYS MAKE MY CAKES LOOK LIKE TOTAL CRAP. And now they never have frosted cookies anymore? LMAOOO. What makes u different from any other cookie place at this point? I asked what happened to the cookie cups and everytime they say they're not having them today. Why? I know I was buying about 5 at once so it's not like you weren't selling them!? WHY DO YOU LET ME DOWN?!? U JUST LOST UR NUMBER ONE CUSTOMER AND U KNOW ITS TRUE ALL OF U THAT WORK THERE LITERALLY KNOW WHO I AM.

I ordered a cookie cake from here to celebrate a coworker's graduation. When I called to place the order, the woman I spoke with asked me to text her the message I wanted on the cake, to her personal cell phone. So unprofessional. In my message, I wrote what I wanted on the cake, and confirmed the size, colors, and pick up time. When I went to pick up my cake at the time I said, they didn't have it ready because she took down the wrong day. How can she possibly get the day wrong when I said it on the phone multiple times, and texted it to her? They told me I could wait around for an hour (at 8:45pm) and they'd make the cake for 10% off. How is this helpful? I wasn't about to wait around until almost 10pm on a weeknight for a cookie cake. Looking through other reviews, I can see this isn't the first time they messed up an order and had the wrong date. I will not be going back!

Most of my friends know I have a sweet tooth especially when it comes to fresh baked goods. At the Burlington Mall, there are several options here to satisfy the sweet tooth including cupcakes, ice cream, or both in the same treat, plus a great variety of French style pastries, cheesecakes, cookies, and HUGE VOLCANOOO cakes. But each time I've walked through this mall, I am tempted to stop at Mrs. Field's Cookies, which shares the same counter space as Pretzelmaker on the lower level near the Johnny Rockets entrance. I've stopped here a few times for both warm pretzels and cookies. The pretzels here have quite a soft texture, especially having their pretzel bites, which seem more like a light warm bread than a traditional very dense and chewy pretzel. Free samples may be offered here. This stand also has a good variety of cookies to choose from. The frosted cookie cakes also looked pretty good! The cookies here are very very sweet, not holding back on the sugar and butter content, which have a firm texture outside, yet very moist and soft inside. I stopped here over the weekend and they had "Buy 3 Cookies Get One Free" which I took advantage of. The regular price for each cookie is normally $1.79 plus tax (no prices posted for cookies), so the total came out to $5.75 for the cookies. I especially thought the Caramel Apple Cookie was not bad, which had bits of dried apples baked in the cookie and topped with a very sweet and chewy caramel on top. I also had a Chocolate Chip Cookie, Cranberry Oatmeal Cookie, and a Chocolate with White Macadamia Chunk Cookie, which went well with my daily coffee over the next few days.
