Seems they have recently raised their prices. $10 for a small smoothie?? No thanks I'll pass. Used to love getting them but I can't justify that cost anymore. Also expect to wait 10 minutes for a tall guy that appears annoyed anyone is there to finally acknowledge you

This store poisoned me with caffeine. I asked for a decaf drink but the person who took my order forgot to mark it as decaf, so I was given one with caffeine. I was suspicious because my heart started racing halfway through the drink since I’m very sensitive to caffeine so I went back to double check, and they admitted that they made a mistake. No apologies given, instead I was given an attitude by the person who made my drink because the person who took my order made a mistake.

The icestorm was terrible and so was the hot chocolate. I dont know about the rest but their drinks are mostly water and little to no flavor. If you have to go there get something thats not a drink.

Always get an ice storm mocha, its very delicious. Employees are friendly and quick to get your order, prices are ok.

Stay away from the chai unless you like gingerbread frosting.
If there is a way to get the coffee a normal drinkable temperature that would be nice, otherwise it's always too hot to drink and feels like I'm drinking lava. I like my taste buds. Thanks!
