Wild that I have to wait 15+ minutes for a hot chocolate to be made when I order in advance for rapid pickup. The place is infested with mice so I would not recommend eating anything in there. All around this place is a hell hole.

they are actually so rude site says they closed at 9:30 rushed over their on my 30 min break and they had locked the door by like 9 and the guy looked at me a flipped his hand basically telling me to leave.

Ordered online and went in to get it. Forgot an item so I ordered when I walked in. Everything came out quickly. All the food was excellent and everyone there was extremely polite. Its also very clean. I always saw them cleaning on the bag and out in the seating area once people left their tables.

Rude and racist associate. Order uber eats pick up. They asked my order name and she wanted me to show it in the app. I showed my app and app does not show my name, she was very rude and saying she won’t give the order until I show the name. A white guy comes in and says his name, she gives the order. I was literally in shock, I can see my order but she refused to give it to me. I was even showing my ID (fyi: this is just 8 dollar order ) come on guys. Please train your associate and for anyone who wants to visit this store, they are racist and rude. Only after I called the manager my order was given to me

I’m the only customer in there and order a bagel with cream cheese to go. She hands me a bag and says have a good day. I get to my desk and find a bagel and a knife with no cream cheese. I started eating it and my sesame bagel tasted like cinnamon. They didn’t even use a clean knife to cut it.
