Rude and racist associate. Order uber eats pick up. They asked my order name and she wanted me to show it in the app. I showed my app and app does not show my name, she was very rude and saying she won’t give the order until I show the name. A white guy comes in and says his name, she gives the order. I was literally in shock, I can see my order but she refused to give it to me. I was even showing my ID (fyi: this is just 8 dollar order ) come on guys. Please train your associate and for anyone who wants to visit this store, they are racist and rude. Only after I called the manager my order was given to me

I’m the only customer in there and order a bagel with cream cheese to go. She hands me a bag and says have a good day. I get to my desk and find a bagel and a knife with no cream cheese. I started eating it and my sesame bagel tasted like cinnamon. They didn’t even use a clean knife to cut it.

Today is my best friends birthday! She loves panera and has had the app for a long time. For some reason this year her birthday bakery coupon didn’t show up. We asked Vitor the store manager if he could find it on his end and he couldn’t. He told her to just pick which one she wanted on the house!!!! She couldn’t decided and asked his favorites. He recommended the almond pastry but she picked the chocolate croissant. He gave her both ❤️❤️❤️ Such a nice guy and I wanted to share!!!! Thank you Vitor!!! You made our day!!!

My friend & I stopped at Panera Bread, Burlington, for a quick breakfast, before heading to the airport. Andrew, the shift supervisor, was amazing: very helpful, kind & fun. Our experience was a great start to a very long day! The only drawback was no breakfasts served after 11 a.m. on Saturdays & Sundays!
