If you're into super authentic Italian food, like in the north end of Boston, this is not the place for you.But if you're looking for a place that gives solid Italian food, and a little bit of a higher price point, but is super close to your home? This is a place to go.Made a reservation at 7 PM.We were greeted promptly, it was a little confusing at the front desk because the two girls working it didn't greet people as walked in., Staff, so I'll talk to that. And a seated and a that was nearby the kitchen, but I like that because I like to watch things. The place was bustling. Lots of people, very loud, that's the only downfall I found. The menu is not super extensive, but the food is basic American Italian food.Eggplant Parm and chicken Parm both came to our table along with a salad. We also had the spicy rigatoni? I'm not quite sure why they call it spicy because it clearly isn't. And it taste like it has a little bit of butter in the sauce. Not sure though. It was still good. The portions were a decent size, the salad was basic garden salad, but fresh and cool.Wine and beer complemented our meal. Our staff member who took care of us was super attentive and nice. He forgot the grated cheese I asked for, but that was OK because I ate it so fast, there wasn't time to use it anyway. We'd be back if we need a quick meal close to the home that we wanted for Italian. Definitely check it out.

Let’s start off with if you are a person of color you receive looks as if you do not belong here. Followed with my girlfriend and I waited 20 solid minutes for a coke and sprite before I left my seat and asked a different waiter for the drinks. The food was disgusting all around. I ordered a Cesar salad with chicken, and the dressing was spicy and the chicken was burnt to a crisp. My girlfriend ordered pasta and it came not edible, it looked and tasted like they dumped the whole container of black pepper onto the pasta.Throughout the course of us trying to keep the food down the waitress never once came to ask if we needed anything. The waitress was extremely rude until it was time to tip her. We finished our experience with a mouse run across the restaurant multiple time allowing me to even videotape him on his tour of the restaurant. Extremely disrespect in the service all around and I don’t plan on returning.

I honestly never leave reviews but I felt I had to with our experience. First and foremost, the food genuinely was very good. Eggplant parm was solid. Pasta was cooked great Etc etc.The service was nightmare fuel. First five minutes, great. Sat us down, brought us water. Five stars. We had our one year old with us and the sun was in his eyes so we asked to move tables and they accommodated but we were only able to stay in one little area because there was only one server! At 5:00pm! There were three bartenders, one food runner and one server. The bartenders were just standing there doing nothing because at the time there were four tables. I felt bad for the server until the end. I’ll get there. We put in our drink order and food order, I got the old fashion, my wife got the sangria. Both great but my wife’s sangria took 15 minutes to get to her and my old fashion took 25. Could have had the old fashion at the 17 minute mark but it was just sitting at the bar surrounded by 3 bartenders and one manager like it was a piece of radioactive material that if one of them handled it and brought it to my table, they would disintegrate on the 15 step walk over to our table. At this point, there was no sign of the server since he took our order so I couldn’t flag him down.I finally got my drink and the food runner brought our food out at about the 55 minute mark. Again, there were four tables full. Still no sign of the waiter. We ate, I packed my son up in his stroller and had to track the manager down to get my bill.Paid my bill, left, as I am crossing the street I see my waiter pulling into a parking spot three cars down from mine. At least he was nice enough to wave good bye as he pulled in.If you have kids and need a quick in an out meal, I do not recommend this place.

I have ordered many tines here and the food has been good. Tonight we decided to order sandwiches instead of Entrees. I got the Italian. I was very good. Had tons of meat and the seasoning used was delicious. The only problem was the bread tasted stale. I dont mean it was hard, it just tasted old like past its due date. It was hard to bite into because of this.

Didn’t have high hopes due to the previous reviews but I was happily surprised. Food was delicious! Garlic bread was delicious as well as the garlic knots and chicken parm! The service was not the best. 3 front of the house employees. 1 new guy, 1 guy who know what he was doing and another person who was just standing around….maybe the manager. The manager didn’t come over to our table to check in. He didn’t make eye contact with us or help the others. Customer service is NOT a top priority. But food A!!!

Ordered takeout and delivery from DoorDash tonight and I was impressed with what I received from Parm. The eggplant parm platter was massive. It must have weighed a couple of pounds. The mozzarella sticks were nice and crispy. Dipping marinara sauce was very basic tomato. The eggplant parm was yummy and the side of spicy rotini had good flavor. Overall, the food was really good and for the price I think the portions were more than adequate. Now. I have enough food for a meal tomorrow as well. Will definitely order from this restaurant again and most likely eat-in so it's piping hot.

We ordered an Italian grinder, knots and chicken parm …. It taste like a jar sauce but very little on it anyway. The Italian grinder bread was horribly dry , like it was old , we just ate the inside and the knots were so hard we could not eat them . Never ever will order from there again .

my pasta was undercooked and a little cold. my dad said the chicken tasted like a pre-cooked frozen chicken breast that they simply microwaved and put on a plate. the italian fries were amazing tho, i do recommend those. extremely slow service despite empty restaurant, we had to ask a different waitress to get our check because ours was no where to be found

This was our second time there. Our first experience was so much better. Food are delicious but I wasn't a fan of the slow service and it wasn't busy at all during the time we went.

Vegetarian options: There's some

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is very limited

Parking: Burlington Mall parking is always crazy pack

Picture it. Little Italy New York, 1950s. That is pretty much the atmosphere at Parm because of the music, dim lights, and the fancy attire worn by the servers and bartender. Plenty of parking as Parm is at a quiet corner of Burlungton mall. Service was slow. The waitstuff talked among themselves and only checked in with me to take my order and bring me the check. Mozzarella stick were perfect. Five to an order of these thick sticks of cheese. The side of sauce was great. Eggplant parm was great. Thinly sliced eggplant layered with cheese. However, the side of pasta was okay. Has a very thin tomato sauce mixed in and the pasta really stuck together. Would have been much better with the sauce that come with the mozzarella sticks. Overall, decent. Would give Parm a second chance in the future but not eager to return.

Had drinks and appetizers here after work.Very tasty appetizers with unique twists on Italian favorites. Fairly limited but high quality drink menu. Staff was very helpful and let us take over a large section of the bar for a few hours.

The food was good, mozz sticks were top notch. However everything is WAY too expensive. Honestly it doesn't need to be this much. $5 extra for fries?! On top of a $17 sandwich is crazy. Most of the pastas were too pricey, especially for Burlington. It's not even this expensive at some places in the North End. Would rather go down the road to Tuscan Kitchen at these prices for quality pasta.

I went in with lower expectations because of the mixed reviews but I believe this place is actually very good for the area. For the pasta, it was cooked well and the taste was very good. We had to to try the mozzarella sticks (because of the hilarious reviews on them) and they were pretty good. I think the reviews on this place are mostly wrong and out of place. nothing here was unfairly priced or out of range for the local area. If anything, a place like this would attract a good crowd to enjoy decent food around a crowded area! The staff is friendly and they do care about customers and quality of food. Only thing i would change is free refills on fountain sodas but besides that everything was awesome.
