the pho is good and mochi donuts are decent (they're appear to be a mix of standard flour and glutinous rice flour deep fried), but the portion sizes relative to the price leaves a lot to be desired
the amount of pho you get is roughly the same size as a giant instant noodle soup cup and the mochi donut is the size of a standard donut but about triple the price...

Small food court so not expecting gourmet. Had the beef banh mi. The meat was tough as shoe leather with a generous portion of gristle. I've had better for half the price.
Parking: It's in a mall so...... plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: Kid playground in food court
Wheelchair accessibility: Totally

I like the food, but I feel that the food might be a little too pricey and not enough food. I understand that there is higher price for convenience. I personally don't care, but I could see it being a turn off for many people.

Wow. I ordered spring rolls and this is what I got. Flimsy, tiny, half falling out- nothing like the menu photo! There were also white specks in it. The staff was the blind leading the blind.

From ordering to eating, my experience here was a disaster. I was the only one in line and waited 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back and take my order. I then waited almost 10 minutes to actually get my food and on top of that, there are 0 napkins onsite here. I got a beef banh mi and it may just be the worst banh mi I've ever had. The meat was rough and they used mayonnaise instead of the signature yellow sauce that all good banh mi's have. This place just opened in the mall so I was hoping it would be like Lumi in the south shore plaza which has been open a while longer and has both amazing service and banh mis, but it was not. I would rather drive 45 minutes to Braintree to get Lumi instead of ever coming back here.
