This place is the worst. I've worked in Burlington for a decade and can't believe it's still open. After probably a half dozen bad experiences ranging from them never putting in my order, to messing up my order, I took a year hiatus from visiting presti. I had a drop off at UPS store today and was in a rush, and despite my better judgement decided to give them another shot. What a mistake. I ordered one of their signature sandwiches with no tomato. It comes out with guacamole (not listed on the menu as being part of the sandwich) so I ask them to remake it. I wait again and this time it comes out with tomato on top. When I explained that I ordered it with no tomato, and asked for one without, they said they were just following the ticket and suggested I pick them off, I said I don't eat tomato and asked them to remake it. They took it back, picked them off and handed it back to me with tomato slime and chunks of tomato still visible. I asked for my money back and left. The two dollars they got out of me for a drink I'd all ready opened will be the last penny this horrible restaurant receives from me. Never again.

Subs are good. They don't have any issues with customization. Pizza isn't bad either. They make the dough in house and to order. Prices are decent, what you would expect for the area. Not a lot of room to sit. They only sell coke products and it's not a huge selection. Most of the standard items you would expect though.

Since moving to Burlington 2 year's ago, this has been my go too fast food place. Chicken broccoli and ziti unbelievable.Same with the steak tips.I only live less than 2 miles away so it's always quick delivery.The pizza is great as well.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here but I'm not sure why. I have been getting pizza here for literally 20 years since I was in elementary school and I have always loved their pizza/food and had no complaints. I think maybe a couple times (out of the hundreds of times I have gotten food there) maybe a COUPLE were a little late but clearly nothing worth remembering in great detail. Great food! Best in Burlington I'd say!
