We were there at 6:30. Sat right away. Did not get our food for an hour! Our waiter apologized, and the manager came over and told us he was giving us a free dessert. We took it home, I'd had enough of sitting there any longer. Food came and burgers were raw. My onion soup was horrible, couldn't even eat it. We waited so long, we didn't dare send it back. We were there with our family celebrating my birthday. I was so disappointed. We won't be back.
Our server was wonderful and attentive, we had a great time catching up with long distance friends and our server never rushed us once. He made great suggestions and was super kind. I hope to come back again!
The dinner was delicious. Most remarkable was the service we received from our waiter, Joe. He was respectful, engaging, and attentive. We had an elderly person in our party, and Joe was very gracious when interacting with her. He is a credit to your establishment.
Redstone American Grill never disappoints, food and service consistently good. Would highly recommend if in the Burlington area. And save room for the banana creme pie - amazingly good!
I had requested at table by the fireplace and the host that seated us gave us the best table right next to the fireplace and on the quiet side of the restaurant. Our server Taylor was great she came back and checked on us, automatically spoke up louder when she realized my dad had trouble hearing and overall did a great job of taking care of us.
My husband got the turkey dinner. It was very dry. He said it tasted like it was saved from Thanksgiving. I had the Parmesan sole. It was just ok. Very little flavor. The mashed potatoes that came with each of the dinners were cold.
I went to lunch with three of my girlfriends and we all enjoyed our lunch. The atmosphere was perfect for talking too. Our waiter was really nice and gave us the perfect amount of attention. The decor of the restaurant is so cozy, perfect for a cold winter day.
We always have a great time at Redstone. Their menu has a broad range of options - all cooked from scratch. Great, attentive, and personable service too. 10/10!!
Went for brunch and it was DELICIOUS! the options were plentiful and serving sizes were generous and price point was very reasonable! My husband is still raving about the "all you can eat" option and how delicious his french toast was! We will be back for brunch! Excellent service and great ambiance which was very conducive to conversation!
The ribs were good but the steak wasn’t nice. Also the way it looks isn’t appealing.

Waitress was extremely nice and friendly, took great care of us. Tasted more like a $30 steak than a $54 steak (Cajun Ribeye), but it was a decent restaurant
Vesna was the best waitress I’ve had in such a long time. Very nice, personable, and quick service. She was genuinely phenomenal. Five star restaurant service! She knows what she’s doing for sure.

The atmosphere and experience is pleasant, and the service is good, but the food is severely overpriced and not very good. Would not return.
