The tall and big young guy who is working today 10/28/2025 at 3:15 pm, looks like he is having a bad day today. Not only did he burnt ours slices, but also staked the plates on one another, so part of my cheese stuck on the bottom of the upper plate, a complete mess. Even when we tipped him. I recommend the owner to train him about how to offer a good costumer service.

It's alright I mean it's not as good as the original one in the North End and I like my pies with a thinner crumb.

I have been a customer of this establishment since forever. Today I ordered pizza for my daughters birthday, it was over cooked/burnt. Thats not even the worst part, the 2 girls working the counter were too busy texting on their phones to even notice I was at the register. If you own this establishment, or are a manager, this was Sat, Oct 25 at 4pm. You should perhaps hire better help or correct the poor counter skills.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Service was slow and staff was extremely rude. I had the artichoke and black olive slice it to soggy and doughy to eat ended up eating just the toppings and cheese. Definitely will not be back

I ordered the cheese pizza, and while the char on the crust was very good, the taste didn’t feel fresh. When they first served it to me, it was already cool on the plate, so they had to reheat it. That might have affected the flavor. Maybe ordering one fresh out of the oven would have been the better way to go

My grandfather from Sicily would eat no other pizza. I share his love for Regina’s:/Pocaris. They were not located at the Burlington Mall in his day. He went straight to Boston. I love the fact there is one located so close to me. They have a great rewards program now which is always helpful. The employees are always kind to me and make sure the pizza is made with love just how my grandfather liked it. ♥️🍕

Honestly, given the terrible service they provide, I still don't know how this place is still open.

Disappointing could be the mall food court
I had a very unpleasant experience at Regina Pizzeria in Burlington Mall.
I went there with my daughter around 6:15 PM. We ordered a pizza with a soft drink, and later decided to order another pizza. However, the second one came out cold and didn’t seem fresh. I politely asked for a replacement, since I had seen a newer, hotter pizza in the display. They agreed, but instead of giving me that one, they took the pizza to the back, saying they needed “one minute” to heat it up.
While waiting, two female employees started laughing and mocking me. Even though I don’t speak English very well, it was clear they were making fun of me. It felt extremely disrespectful and embarrassing.
I refused the new pizza and asked for a refund — not because of the $5, but because of the lack of respect and empathy. Still, the cashier insisted I had used a different card, which doesn’t make sense because I only use one.
I felt unsafe, humiliated, and mistreated. I also didn’t understand why a hot pizza was taken to the back, while the cold one they gave me earlier was not reheated.
This was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I hope Regina Pizzeria takes a serious look at their staff’s behavior and customer service. I do not recommend this place.

Great New York style pizza, above average. One of the best I've had in a while, blown away at the quality for the mall. Hands down one of the best local pizzas I've had anywhere.
One of the worst pizza's I've ever had. Waited 35 minutes to get a pizza that was greasy, flavorless, and undercooked but burnt on the bottom. Will never get pizza here again. Shame on corporate for never responding back to me. Don't waste your money here!
My pizza was burnt and the crust was covered in flour and hadn't been cooked properly. I'm giving it 1 star, very bad service.
Chaos! About 1/3 the way cooked. Couldn't tell the crust from the cheese. Is it my turn? IDK, there’s 50 people crowding the counter waiting for pizza. Goodbye
