Best chicken salad sub ever! Where ever I am, I always get a chicken salad sub whenever it's on the menu, and I have to say this one was the best I ever had! Not sure what made it so different but I will figure out a way to get back here for more!

I have to say, I was really excited for this place, but my experience did not match my hopes.

I arrived today around 2pm to pick up a sandwich for lunch. I watched them make it, and the person who made my sandwich returned a couple times to verify she had it right (large pastrami with swiss, onions, cucumbers, and spicy mustard). After waiting a few minutes, I received my sandwich, paid, and left the store without issue.

When I got to my car, I went to go take a bite or two before driving home, and found that my sandwich was wrapped terribly. It was absolutely not wrapped in a way that I could eat it in the car. In fact, even sitting in the parking lot, my sandwich started to fall apart having just been opened, and I had to pick several pieces of veggies off my car seat and lap before I could leave to go home.

When I arrived home about 15 minutes later, I went to open my sandwich, and while it was hot and smelled great, there was no sign of cheese anywhere, and both sides of the bread was basically liquified with how soggy it was. I literally had to remove it from the bread and put it on other bread I had at home in order to eat it. It then tasted pretty good, but seriously? What would I have done if I didn't have bread? You might as well have given me the sandwich contents in a deli container to bring home and put on my own bread in the first place if it's not edible in the car, and the combination of ingredients and flimsy bread yield a soggy mess after just 15 minutes.

I'd love to return, since I drive past this area pretty frequently, but I'm not sure how I could justify it with the food being the way that it is. Maybe their soups are good.

I have to say I love Sammy's food. That is why my work and I would order there constantly But unfortunately Craig possibly one if the owners not so nice it's not just good food it's good service too. Craigs arrogant attitude. Telling me I should order on line or use Venmo because our company will pay with cash or multiple cards is not convenient for him. But there are plenty of good food establisment in woburn that take our orders pleasantly like Brick yard Giovannis pizza market Studio Cafe etc So sadly to say our office will have do there ordering else were. Craig needs to learn better customer service or fake it when taking phone orders
