Incredibly disappointed with the staff. We came in tonight and, when I ordered a grilled cheese, the girl at the counter said they “couldn’t” make any more grilled cheeses because they turn their panini press off half an hour before closing. We got there more than half an hour before closing. So, that means that, if what she said is true, they turned it off WHILE we were in the middle of ordering. It’s also not like they’re shutting down a nuclear reactor, so why they couldn’t just turn it back on is beyond me. I suppose the five employees standing around complaining about the music couldn’t be bothered. Add to that that, on the way out, the group stood there taking crap about our group. I used to love that place, but the behavior is inexcusable.

Always very delicious soups. $10.45 for a large container. Good amount of chicken in my Chicken and Rice soup. I like I serve myself. Smells so amazing!!

First time to Sammy’s, started with an Italian and a turkey, both great. Soft bread, thin sliced meats and cheese piled high, tasty is an understatement. We will be back for calzone and dessert!

Ordered a chicken parm and was very disappointed. There was no cheese on the sandwich thanks to the girl being busy chatting the whole time. The chicken is literally frozen processed chicken that’s been heated up and smothered with canned tomato sauce. Don’t believe the hype. It’s like any other place.

I love this little deli. The staff are so friendly. I have never had a bad sandwich, or soup or salad. I still need to try the deserts. But I'm sure they're delicious too.

Best chicken salad sub ever! Where ever I am, I always get a chicken salad sub whenever it's on the menu, and I have to say this one was the best I ever had! Not sure what made it so different but I will figure out a way to get back here for more!
