The kiosks can’t accommodate for allergies like celiac. Unable to order allergy-safe without speaking to someone, but they don’t have staff available to help at the register unless you’re doing a “cash only payment” as they’re so busy and understaffed (management’s fault not the staff). Same issue with Newbury street and Prudential. Only location which gets this right is Times Square in Manhattan.

Why go to any shake shack when you can go to the Burlington Mall one and get excellent customer survive by Haniah! This moment warmed my heart with her smile and warm radiation. She was kind, cheerful and pleasant. Keep up the great work!

Well we went here after having some great pizza next door. Decided to forgo dessert there to go to the Shack. Shake is missing from the name because they were all out of shakes. It's not posted anywhere... How does the SHAKE Shack out of shakes and on a Friday going into the weekend. Well I learned a lesson and that's get the dessert elsewhere. If you want a burger they might have it?

Always fast and fresh here, and the employees are very friendly and helpful.
Delicious smash burgers, crinkle cut fries. Didn't have a shake, but interesting lemonade combos were yummy!

The burgers are well-crafted and visually appealing. It was juicy and had fresh ingredients. While the fries were okay, I prefer a crisper style, so I probably won't order them again. However, their shakes are delicious and indulgent. The restaurant also has ample seating to accommodate crowds.
