Shake Shack Burlington Mall

The burgers were good. However, I counted 7 employees, all standing behind the line doing nothing. Meanwhile, the tables, chairs, and floors were filthy. Grease everywhere. You can tell there's a serious lack of management. The mall deserves a better experience from its food shops. I won't eat at this shake shack again.

Every burger I’ve had here so far has been great. Love the different drinks. The manager was going around asking tables how everything was and that was a nice surprise coming from a fast food style service restaurant. My favorite place for a burger, it’s just really expensive

I had a burger in fries that was ordered in the app. Everything was fine and efficient. The burger was fine cooked well . Lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. Fries were average and not too salty.

I did try chicken bites my dining partner had. That was fantastic. Very crunchy. We did not like the BBQ sauce because it tasted like mustard. The chicken was fine without it.

I appreciate the self-serve water station. When my partner wanted a larger cup, the employees were accommodating.

Great burgers. Always love shake shack. But the truffle burger… they lay a thin slice of cheese because Gruyère is expensive. It lacks flavor. Not as advertised. Stick with the classic.

My experience was wonderful! The entire staff was warm and friendly. They were very helpful and efficient! Kyle, was so nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there and provide excellent customer service!! Tyler was sanitizing and cleaning the tables and countertops, while greeting guests and asking them if they needed anything. I was blown away by my experience at The Shake Shack Burlington Mall and will recommend them to everyone 😊

The burger was truly awful, with a tomato the size of a nickel, and a sad piece of lettuce. The 'crispy onions' were extremely chewy.

My daughter’s hamburger was a flat, dry, crumbly piece of cardboard. It tasted burnt and was falling apart. She couldn’t finish it. Second time receiving horrible food at this location.

Staff were polite and welcoming- one staff member came by after I started eating and asked if everything was to my liking, which I really appreciated. I got the truffle burger and it was amazing! Definitely recommend. The fries were a bit dry but could have been solved with a bit of ketchup- I am not sure if it normally comes with ketchup and they just forgot to add it. I just decided to eat them plain. This location was also very clean.
