Smith & Wollensky - Burlington

We've dined at the Seaport location and were eager to find out if the Burlington location could replicate a comparable level of high quality and service. I'm happy to report that we don't have to trek into town to indulge in the perfectly cooked and absolutely indulgent swinging tomahawk steak, or the superbly-executed sides. The truffle fries have a wonderful texture and the au gratin potatoes are a savory delight. The baked Alaska was prepared table side and is perfect if you enjoy a very rum-forward flavor. Our server was attentive and very knowledgeable. We appreciated his recommendations. Overall, another great dining experience at Smith & Wollensky.

Great experience overall! Got a steak which was amazing and girlfriend got the chicken. Said the sauce was slightly sour but good. Will definitely be back!

Mostly the complaint is about the service. Our waiter was not great and very inattentive. Asked for extra dressing three times before we got it. One meal came out incorrectly. The other issue was that ran out of a lot of items. Ordered Mac and cheese and then informed sold out. The larger filets and ribeye also sold out. I get it was Valentine's Day and maybe our mistake going out that night but there needs to be better planning by the restaurant.

The service at the bar was horrible. 20 min to get a drink and then waiting 25 min for my salad and 2 seconds in to eating my salad my meal came the fries where cold which I sent back and the lobster Mac wasn't that hot either. I know it was Valentine's Day but it wasn't busy in there. The bartender never asked us if we wanted another drink. I got dessert to go because that was my main reason for going there the chocolate cake. Sadly, I will not be returning anytime soon.

Our server Caroline was delightful. The Wagyu beef filet mignon was delicious and perfectly cooked. Their French Onion soup was a great starter.

This is our favorite special occasion restaurant. They outdid themselves this time. Our steaks were perfectly seasoned and exactly medium. They truffle mac and cheese was toasty and crisp on top and ooey gooey cheesy inside. Our server, Amy, is a star. She added st little touches to make my Friday the 13th birthday extra special. The service is always what you'd expect from done dining. Amy is next level. We already made reservations for our 30th date-aversary and specified we want to be seated with Amy in the comments.

The service is great, I would say this place is held up by the service. The restaurant is lovely. The food ranged from mediocre to not so great. It's an awfully big price tag for what you are getting.

Wife's birthday and her daughter gave her a great gift certificate here. We went for lunch and we were the only ones in the dining room, the waitstaff was awesome, the bar is very close so it got noisy as the day went on, if the bar scene is your thing it's a good size. The food was really good and we are going back soon.

Came to smith and wollensky recently for dinner at the bar with friends .Love the vibe of the bar it was lively just the right amount of busy. I had the NY strip cooked med rare perfect my friehd had the filet and the other had the Sea Bass. We shared whipped potatoes and French Fries.
Service was great very attentive and personable.

For my birthday, we researched the nicest restaurant in the area. It was beautiful and the food was delicious. At the end of dinner, we gave our credit card to the server. Shortly after, we received a call from the credit card company fraud department claiming that there were 14 charges for services in another country. The problem has been resolved now and we wanted to let you know so that you can avoid what happened to us.

We were shopping at Burlington Mall and I usually go to the Bancroft for an amazing steak dinner. If I'm being honest we've been to the Smith & Lewinsky's in Boston and was not impressed. So we decided to grab a seat at the bar and give it a second chance. We ordered a bottle of Austin Hope for our wine and the fillets cooked medium for sides we ordered the potatoes and brussel sprouts with bacon. Between the bartender and the food it was an amazing experience food was seasoned and cooked to perfection.

Had the most amazing experience at this restaurant. Nick was our server and he provided excellent service and went above and beyond for our special date. His attention to detail was superb and we can’t wait to come back again! The food was absolutely delicious as well, and Nick provided great recommendations.
