Really disappointed with how awful this Starbucks has become. There is something wrong nearly every time we go now. Between the awful attitude of the workers and the fact they purposefully make you the wrong drink knowing how annoying it'd be to go through that horrid drive through again. I genuinely hope others think twice before going here.

I really wish they would fix their drive thru system. I feel bad for customers AND employees who have zero control over the system malfunctioning and completely closing the drive thru. Especially during rush hours. Staff are awesome and really take care of you. I just feel like this is more of an upper management issue. They need to address this!! It’s almost every week the drive thru gets closed. 😭

People are very unprofessional if I could I would evaluate less than one they are very helpful see that you are waiting for an order or mobile order whatever it is they don't ask you your name don't say anything look at your face pretend it's not up to you and everything bad I don't advise anyone to go there👎🏼

Nothing beats a coffee from Starbucks before work. I work on this strip near the mall and will stop here a lot before work in the morning very friendly staff

the workers here are great and try their best, but the place overall is inconsistent and very frustrating overall. i’ve visited their store 3 different days, back to back and there is always a new reason/sign on why they can’t serve me. Today I have been told that the only item I want from their menu, the summer berry refresher is out of stock for 3 DAYS.

worst coffee i’ve ever had- the employees couldn’t care less. everytime I’ve come in it feels unwelcoming, the food is never heated properly, drinks are over-iced, poorly made, etc. one of the worst starbucks i’ve been to. not to mention the location is horrible

25 mins WAIT in DRIVE THRU?!? Are you KIDDING?!? Drive thru is supposed to be in & out, NOT STUCK for 25 mins! Put more staffs to make coffee. You had 6 people serving inside store with 2 persons in line, while only 1 guy served 15 cars. Management you got to FIX it or customers RUN away. Apparently manager just sat down & relaxed. WORST EVER STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE !!! RUINED MY DAY!

bad branch, maybe because of the customer volume. I waited a lot for a not so good coffee drink. 2
Found a label for a different order at the bottom of my latte. Yuck.
