25 mins WAIT in DRIVE THRU?!? Are you KIDDING?!? Drive thru is supposed to be in & out, NOT STUCK for 25 mins! Put more staffs to make coffee. You had 6 people serving inside store with 2 persons in line, while only 1 guy served 15 cars. Management you got to FIX it or customers RUN away. Apparently manager just sat down & relaxed. WORST EVER STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE !!! RUINED MY DAY!

I am so tired of this location. I have been consistently going here for 5 plus years as it is the only one on my way to work. I regularly visit a handful of other Starbucks locations outside of my daily commute and have been a Starbucks customer for 14 years so I feel this review is well founded. This location has never failed to make an incredibly poor drink, and I have tried so many different ones. My Chai tea lattes always taste like pure milk and my shaken espressos are dark, bitter and with almost no oat milk at all and certainly no evidence of being shaken. I have tried to customize the drinks over the years to compensate for what they regularly mess up but no matter how many extra pumps of whatever is needed I continue to get terrible tasting drinks. The staff is very friendly but unfortunately I only expect this level of poor quality from Dunkin’ Donuts and not Starbucks. Other locations meet my expectations almost every single time.

Absolutely horrible. Received two burnt tasting iced coffees today and when we asked for them to be remade (which Starbucks says is their “Barista promise”) the heavy set Caucasian female worker made comments about us to a coworker and was angry. It is not the paying customers fault that your very expensive coffee tastes bad. She put the new coffees down and rudely took our other ones back with no apology and acted like we were the ones that did something wrong. The new coffees were still burnt but since we were given such an attitude we did not ask for them to be remade again and contacted customer service instead. This is not the first extremely unprofessional interaction with this individual. Don’t work in customer service if you dislike dealing with customers.

Don’t go here they have the worst service, the man walked away in the middle of me ordering. When I asked a question about a deal on the app he told me “i don’t have the app” and again walked away to make another order. Worst starbucks i’ve ever been to.

Terrible I was waiting for 20 minutes for my sandwich, and whenever I asked they said they were going to look but they never came with my sandwich. I ordered a impossible burger and a oleato latte and I received something else for my coffee. When I requested to give me what I ordered, one of the baristas was not happy at all. I think the staff there are overworked and may need some extra people in the kitchen during busy hours.

Everything off this day but mostly good food and service. They gave me an offer to get bonus stars by purchasing a nitro cold brew and egg bites but all of the stores in the area are out of nitro cold brew. ?Mobile order egg bites were cold. Usually I'm waiting for them to be served. As a regular issue, it's difficult to get something in between a splash of cream and an extra splash of cream. It always too much or not enough. Maybe there should be a splash and a half of cream?

Nova was working the drive through but someone else spoke over her and screamed “WHAT SIZE?!!”. I asked Nova the name of the person but she wouldn’t give it to me. Nova was great but whomever was working with her Sunday 08/13 at 4:11pm was absolutely rude. My husband jumped when she screamed. Hope you get better customer service next time.

I’m new to Starbucks and a couple nights ago I went through the drive thru I ordered a chai and forgot to mention the cup size. The girl who started my order was very polite, however a coworker of hers chimed in mid conversation, and very aggressively and rudely yells “WHAT SIZE”, “SO IS THAT ALL”, “OK THEN DRIVE UP”. I understand it can be fustrating dealing with less knowledgable customers, but the manner in which she spoke to me was completely degrading to my character and could’ve been handled MUCH better in my opinion, especially since they were not busy at all. When I drove up to the window I could see her kind behind her kinder coworker at a different screen but I recognized her voice. All I know is that the first two letters on he name tag were “gu”. I have friends who have had very similar interactions with this individual and we have all decided to start going to the mall road Starbucks instead. Even though a drive thru is more convenient, I just never want to have an interaction like that with an employee ever again.
