Every Saturday I come here to buy coffee, Saturday is a day that I always go and today the woman who was making the coffee ruined my Saturday. I ordered two large coffees and I always paid $18.19. And she gave me the medium, I went to tell her that it was wrong, she was rude to me and said that I ordered the medium, so I went back in line and asked for a change, she charged me $2.14. And then she went to make the large, and instead of making a new one, she took out the vanilla sweet cold foam and put it in the large cup and added ice. I honestly was very sad because I love drinking the coffee here and today's I threw away, I don't even like coffee, it only had water.

I've tried this Starbucks within Macy's in the Burlington Mall 3 time for ice coffee, all the times coffee tastes horrible and has a chemical taste which leaves very bad aftertaste!!!

It was 6:50pm and they close at 8pm based on what there posted hours are. There were two baristas working behind the bar and said they had no drip coffee available. Offered us an Americano and it was weak… how does Starbucks not serve its signature coffee?

Couldn't find Starbucks in the Burlington Mall until I just happened to go in Macy's...after I got a coffee at Dnkn!
I believe they do what they can. Lately, with the economy, businesses are a bit more challenging now even with maintaining employees. Keep up the good work!

I ordered my iced coffee around 12:30, with only one person in line in front of me. It took 10 minutes for that person to get their drink, then they move on to making the drinks of the customers that came after me. After waiting 15 minutes I left without a coffee and my money went to waste. Maybe hire more competent workers, or have a larger staff on.
