Ordered 3 subs and all lacked main ingredients. When I asked the lady at the counter, her position is I added what was in the tray. A chicken sandwich had practically one slice of chicken about the size of your finger tip... How is that normal? Bread was so dry that it could have been a few days old. Hate to waste did but had to dump the order.

Ordered 4 subs all 4 were lacking main ingredients. After the first two we were hesitant to leave a review but after we realized all 4 subs were lacking compared to our regular subway in Woburn we had to get the message out. Also a burnt rock hard cookie. I will not be going back. Here's a few photos.

I ordered a roast beef footlong online. The sandwich literally had two slices of meat,almost non existent. I don’t understand the scarcity mindset of these workers! Give me what i paid for, you’re not saving money, instead you’re frustrating your customers and they’ll never come back. Avoid this store at all costs.

Went to this location and it is closed. I drive by it everyday and it looked dark inside but couldn't tell for sure that is was actually closed down.

I no longer go to subway because of people like the ones from this place. They lack abundance in their life. They think they are going to lose money because of an extra slice of tomato in a sandwich. The reason people don’t go here is because of the attitude of these people. Besides being gross. The guys supposed to take off his rings to deal with food.

I never go to subway but I got a coupon from a weekly mailer, figured I give them a try. Walked in asked if they would honor my coupon, flat out NO!Felt like a bait and switch. They will not accept subway coupons at this subway.

The old man Dinesh really ruins the customer service experience.
I just won’t go in if he’s working behind the counter by himself. Never welcomes, always got an angry look, and has never made my sandwich right.

Poor customer service. Very rude if we ask about coupons or offers. App wasn't working. So I went inside the restaurant to check whether I could redeem the coupon, the guy was so mad didn't want to ask me about the food I want to buy, just walked away. The manger showed up and blaming corporate need to fix the app. Didn't even ask or offer anything. Very disappointed.

I go subway a lot and this one is shady. First it was the lowest amount of steak I’ve ever received on a sandwich. They don’t accept any rewards from the subway app. I paid on his Square device attached to his phone. They don’t offer refills on soda
