I ordered my food for pickup and ate in the restaurant with my 7 year old. Half my order was sitting on the register counter for anyone to take. When I grabbed the bag, she had come out from the back. She did not say a single word to me as I picked out the chips and soda for my daughters meal (which I had designated in the app and was not put with the order). We picked the least dirty table, it looked like the dining area had not been cleaned in a bit. The worker went to the back. As for the food. Our sandwiches were mostly bread with a few of the ingredients requested. My daughters sub barely had anything in it and I ordered extra of everything! Worst experience in awhile. I would suggested going to any of the other locations in the 2 mile radius.

I placed my Subway order online, and the guy completely messed it up. I’m not talking about one or two things wrong — he made an entirely different sandwich than what I ordered. And when I went back to fix it, he flat-out refused to give me the correct one I paid for. No apology, no help, just attitude. This is unacceptable.

Worst subway I've been too. The employee wouldn't let anyone use the restroom. He was rude, didn't make the sandwich right and didn't care. The music there is terrible too.

My 6” ham sandwich had the thinnest three slices of ham I’ve ever seen. The most limited amount of toppings they could possibly get away with. Avoid. Super cheap and cutting corners.

Very poor service. I ordered 2 foot long to go, they counted 5 leaves of spinach and put it in foot long, there was nothing but bread and dressing.

The worst store ever. Super unprofessional and sloppy. The condition is baffling. I ordered a sub online to go, the portions were really poor and the quality horrible. The sub was the worst I have seen, the bread was so old and falling apart with a horrible taste of starch. No wonder why they didn’t toast it. They don’t follow instructions present never mind online. Super unprofessional staff that change the attitude only after you tip them generously, so only after you pay. I highly suggest driving up 2 miles up the street where there is another store. Never going back to this store again. There is never a costumer present so their reputation is catching up to them.

Ordered 3 subs and all lacked main ingredients. When I asked the lady at the counter, her position is I added what was in the tray. A chicken sandwich had practically one slice of chicken about the size of your finger tip... How is that normal? Bread was so dry that it could have been a few days old. Hate to waste did but had to dump the order.

Ordered 4 subs all 4 were lacking main ingredients. After the first two we were hesitant to leave a review but after we realized all 4 subs were lacking compared to our regular subway in Woburn we had to get the message out. Also a burnt rock hard cookie. I will not be going back. Here's a few photos.

I ordered a roast beef footlong online. The sandwich literally had two slices of meat,almost non existent. I don’t understand the scarcity mindset of these workers! Give me what i paid for, you’re not saving money, instead you’re frustrating your customers and they’ll never come back. Avoid this store at all costs.
