I ordered through grubhub so no comments about the service or atmosphere. But the food was terrible! There was so little meat in the sandwich, probably less than 1/3 of what you can see in the picture from the app. I used to order from Waltham and the same type of sandwich looked fine. This is the first time that I ordered from this location and would be my last. Would not recommend!

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff were inattentive, unfriendly, and seemed disinterested in taking orders.
The sandwich I ordered was poorly made—the bread was stale, and the vegetables were not fresh. They are giving less meat when compared to other subway down the street.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving food quality, cleanliness, and staff training.

Parking: There are 2 handicap parking spots, and about 15 others. They are rarely full in early evening.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's a little tight inside if you're using a scooter to try and turn around, and the door is manual, but I didn't have a problem navigating the threshold or seeing the ingredients.

Went in for a breakfast sandwich, which Subway serves ALL DAY, and was told that I couldn’t. I came a week prior and was served no problem. Terrible staff who are not trained properly and clearly don’t seem to understand company policy. Go to the one further down the road, I guarantee there are employees there that actually do their job.

I had a 6inch sub with rotisserie chicken You can see the picture how much chicken I got I don’t think so it is worth for 7$ I ordered a provolone cheese but he put the other cheese and removed it and kept the provolone cheese and the dressing was very light comparing with the other subways they gave less meat llittle dressing and at last the bread is too hard.In the end I just want to say that I ordered a sub with veggies for 7$ I don’t recommend this subway to anyone

Dont order from here. Ordered two footlong tuna sub. Barely had any tuna. When we called. We were told that they follow recipe. If you enjoy a slight taste of tuna and want to eat bread with veggie then go ahead and order from here. I would be careful what else they do.
If I could give 0 stars i would, my daughter came in there to ask to use the public bathroom. Because we was at the next door business doing laundromat but their bathroom was out of order. She has autism, and because you all neglecting her from using the bathroom because its customers only, is not right at all! Its actually discriminating and I should call/email corporate to tell them about your business practices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
